Best bowl ever!
Great bowl. Love that insert comes out and has suction for eating. Really helps them eat slower, no need to add water to food. Easy cleaning. Bowl will definitely last! Since the puzzle, food part comes out, can easily double for water bowl. This will be great for travel too.

Overweight dog eats slower
Love this design and how solid the bowl is. We are trying to make our Lab lose some weight. The insert worked find (until our 7-month-old German Shepherd decided to pull it out and eat it!I bought the smaller bowl as our dogs do not get or need 3 cups.

As described
Works exactly how it is supposed to! I struggle with getting the inside plastic piece off to clean it which has to be done after each meal. Itâs a pain in the butt for me for some reason. I do feel that the slow part may be too complicated for my dogs. They always give up and leave with some food in their bowls and that is not like them. Other than that the bowel are very well made and colorful and on point with color choice! East to wash! Hard for my dogs to get all their food out and to pull inside out!

It works, but with some troubles
Got this for my Malinois to help prevent bloat.Although itâs great in every way there is the one problem I have is with removing the center for cleaning. I literally have to struggle with getting that center piece out. At one point I pulled so hard that the center separated from the suction and the suction still wouldnât come off the bowl. After struggling with it for another 20 minutes or so, I was able to get it off the bowl and then I struggled again with putting the suction and center piece back together. So if youâre ok with having a bit of a work out when cleaning out the bowl, then youâll be fine with your purchase.

Great for fast eaters!
The design helps but most important is that the shaped part comes out of the bowl so things get stuck underneath and make my pups work to find the food! I think itâs a happy accident but anything I can do to occupy them with enrichment is a total plus.

I recently tried this again and glad I did
I purchased and returned one of these slow feeders because it seems like it would be a pain to clean. Turns out the alternatives I tried were terrible at actually slowing down the eating. So I have this a shot, used it, cleaned it easily. And now LOVE it. Getting a second for my other dog.

Would not recommend. Not easy to clean or use
Food particles, wetness, etc gets stuck underneath the suction portion of the slow feeder piece. It is difficult to remove as there is not much room to lift the suction out. It needs to be fully removed after every feeding and is much more complicated than needed. Pass on this one.
