This is a comfortable mattress replacement on the fold out sofa. expanded within 48 hours to correct size. It is softer than I anticipated and you tend to sink into it more than the old coil mattress. However, did not have any issues with my hip hurting like the old one.

I needed ca replacement for a folding bed couch. I ended up with the wrong siZe. Because I ordered closest to dimensions of frame. If need be I could trim off some length of this kind of mattress where ones withcsprings I couldn’t.

Our sofa bed is so uncomfortable that most people just slept on the sofa and did not open the bed. the mattress was really uncomfortable. This mattress is slightly thicker, but the big difference is it does not have any intersprings or hard wires in it. Several people have slept on the new mattress and all of said it was comfortable. No one ever said that about the old one.

There is nothing special abput this mattress. We just wanted one sticker than the one that came with the couch. I still feel the darn bars and wpuldnt dare pull it out for a guest. So unless ypu need a new sofa mattress this is a pass
