My 11 month old GSP mix puppy loves tug toys, but theyâre very expensive. These fit the bill perfectly and he loves them. He makes it his goal in life to shred things apart but these are lasting and show no signs of him destroying them immediately. Each end is substantial enough for two dogs to tug together, or for a person to play with one dog. I actually prefer holding the ball end and giving him the loop end. The only toy in the group that heâs not too fond of is the solid ball. Heâs never been much of a ball dog. The non-tug ball is a bit smaller than I expected so be careful if you have a larger dog that can swallow it.

I have had these rope toys for a few days now and so far so good! We own an aussie puppy(30ibs) and a 7 year old aussie(60ibs). The blue tug toy has withheld a few roads of tug-ah-war between the two and going strong. They seem to really like the ball tug and the blue one the most. What attracted me to these toys where my puppy loves strings so we had the option of getting toys with the frizzy string ends an also ones with a knot. I love the variety you get plus the price was a perk! They have the ability to tare up toys but they more so like to do that with the ones that have squeekers in them so i cant really say if these will get torn up or not. When buying toys i like to be realistic and no there is always a possibility of toys being ripped to shredds and atleast i know they had some satisfaction in destroying them lol. Overall 5 stars on the product, price, shipping, and durability to play tug-a-war between two aussies.

Most of the toys in this package are really great. My dogs love them, and they’re light enough for my chihuahua and sturdy enough for my 30 pound magnificent mutt. One of the four toys is made with lighter rope than the others, and this is the only thing I think that could use some work. The rope is just too light. My 7 pound, 1 year old chihuahua chewed through the rope connecting the ball to the loop in the first day he started really paying any attention to it. Other than that, though, these are awesome! I would recommend them to anyone with a smaller dog.

My puppy is obsessed
The pink rope is my puppy’s favorite toy by far. She’s a Havanese, currently 5-6 lbs, and the pink one is a good size for her. She enjoys the blue one, but not as much, as it’s a little bigger. I’m sure she’ll grow into it. The really short rope and the ball don’t get played with much, but it was worth it just for that pink rope lol.

Great little rope toys for our 16lb pup (German shepherd mix) who is healing from parvo. Since we frequently change out his toys (controlling the contamination), these ropes are a decent price point for our needs.The rope toys we received were exactly as pictured with no chemical smell. They simply smelled like rope. And as stated, these ropes are made for small to medium dogs (if medium means no larger than 25lbs). So, I’d say these ropes are for small dogs as our 35lbs puppy (husky mix) would destroy them within hours.You’d have to gauge how heavy of a chewer your dog is compared to what toys you provide.Our pup is still small and young (2 1/2 months) and he is not destroying them in one day. Can’t tell you how long since we are throwing them out after 2 days due to healing from parvo; however, at 2 days the ropes are still intact, albeit, chewed and worn but holding up.So for our 16lb pup, we will be ordering another set!

Great for power chewers!
My Plott Hound loves to shred and rip anything she can get ahold of; she destroys her toys in a matter of hours and we are constantly buying new ones to keep her from being destructive in the house. She loves these toys! They keep her busy for long periods of time and she can rip the strings out one by one. Sheâs destroyed them much slower than other toys, though it still comes apart eventually which is part of the fun for her. The various sizes are nice for different methods of play. Highly recommend for power chewers who like to pull and rip!

A daily gnaw toy for my shih tzu puppy.
So far I’ve only given her three pieces — the ball, the bone rope and the tug ball.She’s learned to identify by name – “ball”, “rope”, and “Tug” and they are her go-to toys when she wants me to play with her.About once a month I toss them into a lingerie bag and wash them, and they continue to look good and provide entertainment…with a lot less slobber/saliva on them!
