We had been buying another similar scratch box for our daughter’s cat but when it was unavailable, we switched to this one. It is smaller but her cat doesn’t seem to mind and cannot go past without jumping in and enjoying a good, satisfying scratch.

I love these. They have been a frequent repurchase for my two cats as they both use them. As soon as we get a new batch they are both scratching away at them. They last well considering how often they are used. Both cats love to sit in the box too of course. For someone who continually buys scratching pads these are the best priced. I bought a more expensive, fancy-shaped one for them, and they showed no interest in it. I will continue to purchase these instead.

This is a great idea! 4 reversible cardboard cat scratchers, all packaged in a box that is used to keep one of the scratch pads in place, and keep shredded cardboard from going all over the room. It’s a box, so my cats love it. It’s a scratcher, so my cats love it. It keeps mess to a minimum, so I love it. I can’t believe I’ve lived in a multi-cat household for YEARS without these.Also comes with a small amount of catnip for each scratch pad, which is a bonus.

Will need to buy more eventually. I know that both of my cats prefer cardboard surfaces so this was a smash hit. Catnip included was effective as well. Outer construction is sturdy and supportive. Fits one adult cat at a time very nicely. They donât have any issues with the scratch pad lifting or jostling around when using it.

These are durable and of course I like that it is a 4 pack, my cat Max is rough and he like that once one side is full I can flip it on the other side, so it is a win win for us both.

Not thick enough to withstand the cat claws
The boards fell apart in a month. It chipped at the corners with use. Hoped it would have kept its integrity. Could have been thicker to withstand the scratching.

As soon as I set it up , she went to it right away , and goes there often ,either to scratch or just sit in it ! She loves it â¦. Something about Cats and boxes ..Box is not huge , but enough for the cat to lie in ..I bought catnip , you get tiny packets of catnip with purchase , but it did nothing , but enjoys the one I bought to put some in her box !
