Really does baffle squirrels
Finally, a bird feeder pole that will prevent squirrels from decimating your seed/nut supply! Set it up last night, built very sturdy and thick but easy to put together (even for me who is self-assembly-challenged), but the best part is the slick coating on the galvanized metal and the squirrel baffle. My squirrels are a hardy and determined bunch, not even really dismayed when our dog chases them off, so the descended on the feeder right away and for the past 2 hrs I’ve watched them fruitlessly attempt to gain access to the top. They can’t make it more than a few feet up without sliding back down, so they aren’t able to anchor themselves in order to climb the baffle. My birdies can now enjoy their breakfast in peace without worrying about being chased away by squirrels! They seem to like it a lot, and it looks beautiful. The kit also included feeders made of the same metal as the pole and the tube feeders had thick plastic that looks resistant to having holes pecked in it, which is more than I can say for other feeder poles I’ve gotten that came with really cheap, flimsy and completely plastic feeders that weren’t really meant to hold up but more meant to entice the buyer into thinking they’re getting the whole shebang.Overall I’m very happy with it so far, but I will update this later after seeing how it holds up against the other feeder raiders and critter vandals on the mountain, especially bears. (We remove the feeders at night to deter bears but they have bent other feeder poles probably out of pure spite since there was no food out.) We tend to get high winds often at this altitude as well so I’m hoping it holds up to that too. It does look like it will though, and I have high hopes for this one. Definitely glad I bought it.

Nice bird feeder
I purchased this to attract more birds to out Bird Buddy, and it worked! Sometimes the Bird Buddy camera will also pick up the birds on this feeder. A nice variety of feeding options on this feeding station has attracted a broader variety of birds to our house.

The birds and I are very happy
Admittedly, I used to have my bird feeders hanging from hooks on a tree – NOT smart. It’s definitely a squirrel and raccoon feeder in that situation. I am SO glad that this has totally been a great solution. Now they just get the scraps that might hit the ground. But I love how this one is mobile yet very sturdy and also easy to refill and clean. My bird seed lasts so much longer now! It’s such a great all-in-one station there with the water, seed, suit, and anything you want to put in the trays. Perfect!

It’s disappointing
I ordered a more pricey stand because I thought that you get what you pay for.Pros: The shipping was good. The assembly was easy.Cons: It is not as stable as it could be. I will need another support to keep it straight and not wobbly. The most disappointing thing was that when I was placing it into SOFT ground, one of the side ground supports totally broke off. There were no rocks or hard dirt to cause that.The problems I had never happened to any of the other stands I have. I can’t return it because I discarded all the packaging. Lesson learned. I will have to keep it and make modifications in order to make it usable. I can’t recommend this product for the price.

The feeders are so small only tiny birds can fit on the perch.
