The laser do not work. Pressed the button and no light comes on. Am I missing something?

Remove the plastic insert before use
At first I thought they were broken or the batteries in each one were dead. But after unscrewing the end, I noticed a pink-red plastic circular insert. Once I removed it, they worked fine. They should put instructions about that. Hopefully the battery lasts long.

Simple and can immediately start to use
I purchased these as the battery in my other pointer went out and to replace it was more costly than a new laser! I came across this 6 pack and so far they have all worked without issue.
