Great product
Cat loved the first one we bought so much that we got a second for another room. Purchased Nov. 2020 and June 2021 and theyâre still going strong. Did not wall Mount so we can move them around as the cat chooses new spots to try scratching. This works well as she will favor one area and then switch it up on us. Cute, Sturdy but Wonât Last Forever
Iâve had this for a while now, and overall I think itâs a nice alternative to cardboard scratchers. I wanted something that had mainly natural components (sisal and wood) and that looked good in my living area. This fit the bill and both of my cats use it regularly.Few things to note:- Can be mounted, but Iâm lazy so I left it on the floor and my cats still used it (pretty funny watching them use it on the ground, kind of looks like a surfboard lol)- The sisal has started to come up on one side and I donât think thereâs a way to repair or replace it which is a shame- This doesnât shed at all which is awesome! Cardboard scratchers Iâve bought in the past drive me nuts because cardboard gets everywhere- itâs not heavy at all so when your cat uses it on the ground it thumps around unless you find a way to anchor it to the ground

Great product, but DO NOT use the screws included!
The scratcher itself is great. I love that it looks nice and is simple, blends in with our home without having some huge eyesore around. Downside- the screws included are such poor quality that when putting it on the wall, the head of the screw snapped right off! Left us with a very long screw with no head stuck in our wall, a time consuming pain to get out twisting with a pair of pliers.

Function & Style!
This is no ordinary cat scratcher! It’s sleek, well made, and takes up minimal space (which makes a big difference in our smaller home)! Our cat has been a complete terror lately, moving on from shredding our couch to literally tearing the paint off our walls. This seemed like the perfect fix, as it attaches to the wall. I rubbed some cat nip on it and set it down flat to get our cat used to it and then hung it on the wall a few hours later. So far so good, he seemed to take to it really quickly! In the instruction pamphlet, there is information on being entered into a drawing for a reimbursement (who doesn’t love free stuff), but I was having a little trouble with it. I went on Facebook and sent a message to the company and received a reply within minutes. They were super nice and added me in manually. I always feel extremely guilty buying from Amazon because I like to support local businesses, but Amazon is just so convenient, I usually give in… welp Amazon proved me wrong today. This company just released this product, and I feel like my purchase really mattered. Quality, style, and excellent customer service! I would 100% buy this product again and anything else they make!

Looks great but hardware lacking
I really like the low profile of this and hope it lasts awhile.The hardware was a problem. One of the screws snapped in half while I was drilling it into my wall stud. Also, the keyhole hardware on the back of the scratcher was screwed down so much that the screw heads wouldn’t fit underneath them so I had to loosen those up a bit.I do appreciate the thick foam pads that are included. Even so, the scratcher still wobbles a little when hung.My cat knew immediately what to do with it when he saw it, but after scratching on it for a few seconds, he stopped and shook his paw like it was sore, so we’ll see. After all the issues installing it, I hope he will continue to use it.

Amazing but not constant
This product is amazing.My cats loves it, I love it because it looks good. Itâs durable.BUTâ¦The distance for the installation holes keeps changing and itâs so annoying just to swap the new one in.I been buying them for the past 4 years, and it improved, the round edges are smothered now and I appreciate but how hard itâs to keep the distance inside constant?Instead to obligate me to get frustrated and make holes and holes and ruin my wall?I will give this a 5 stars if wouldnât be for this small but big issue.

Kitty loves this thing. Definitely have noticed less scratching on other materials, such as the couch, since installing this. Although after some time, Kitty broke through the original structure, it’s holding up quite well for many months after. I purchased a second scratcher that lies in reserves for the day of destruction that is inevitable. Definitely better than the more easily broken down cardboard scratchers.

Very happy with the look of this product. So many things on Amazon now are of such poor quality. This product is not one of them. Itâs beautiful and appears to be very durable. The way you hang it was a little cumbersome. The screws didnât quite slide into the slots very well. Honestly I just screwed it directly into the wood wall I have and you donât even notice the screws on the face of it. Iâm not sure that would work on drywall unless you found a stud. Anyway, Iâm sure when I pick up some catnip tomorrow and rub it on there, my cat will take to it. The phot shows a close up of how I screwed it into the wall. The screw is barely noticeable. 5 stars and thank you for a great alternative to gaudy cat scratching posts!

The cord used in this scratcher is too hard and woven too tightly. My cat tried using it several times and couldn’t hook up his claws in it. He reverted to using his old much softer scratcher.
