Worked as needed once I figured out how they are assembled. No directions.
I am using these with an 80+ year old family member for physical therapy. These are ideal for her to build her leg strength. They arrived quickly with all the pieces in a box and required assembly. There are no instructions for use or assembly and it can be confusing so let me try to explain. The long straight piece goes between two squiggly pieces. Each outside piece has one end that is hollow and one that is solid and weighted. The hollow end connects to the center piece and the weighted end attaches to the short piece. There is a bag supplied for storage of disassembled items. I have been invited to participate in the Amazon Vine program and it is my responsibility to offer an unbiased opinion. Great workout and practice for soccer and running, especially during winter. Itâs very useful for indoor training as it helps maintain your speed for practice.

Pretty Good
I have mixed feelings about these speed/agility hurdles. On the one hand, the quality seems pretty good and they are light enough to easily bring with you to training fields/facilies. On the other hand, when put together, they don’t completely fit in the provided bag, so you either have to have about 1/3 of each hurles stick out the top of the back or you have to at least partially disassemble them to completely fit inside the bag and then reassemble them at the location that they are going to be used. That isn’t ideal from a convenience standpoint.The quality is also good, for a plastic PVC type of product. The parts fit together well and they stand up just fine, but you can easily knock them over and I do fear that an errant misstep will break these. The price point seems fair for what they are, but I would have loved for them to be a little more durable/heavyweight feeling will still being easy to transport, and either come with a bigger bag or somehow fold down quickly without needing to disassemble the hurdles.This is generally a good training product, but not perfect.

Awesome training daughter loves it
I got this in conjunction with the agility ladder. This will help her in her training. It is easy to put together and take apart very easily to be able to take it on the go with the bag it is provided.Only bad thing is the sides tend to move and come out so have to keep pushing it in if you tend to pick them up and move them often. If you set it up and leave it then it will be fine. Love that it has cones as well so we can work on footwork and touch the cones for drilling.The value of this package is great. I would get this again. I pull this out and can setup in my house or garage when it’s cold outside but then be able to put it in the yard when it’s hot outside. Very versatile

A little too lightweight
These hurdles get the job done, but since they are plastic they are not great for grass or hardwood gym floors since they move and flip over way too easily. Worked well with rubber matting and on astroturf.

Easy set up and very versatile for training
I ordered this set of hurdles for my son. He needs help with his speed and agility training for football. He plays for his high school and it is very demanding on his body. He’s using these hurdles to train during the off season and so far so good.Assembling it is super easy and the best part about it is the versatility. Thanks to the directions, assembling it only took a few minutes. My son was so happy because it’s so easy to set up and break down and it’s portable. It’s really a cool set up for football training and I would highly recommend this to his friends that are looking to better their agility and speed. It’s more than perfect for practicing for many sports. It’s also space saving and can be carried and stored just about anywhere, which makes it just that much better.

The hurdles fall apart when moved
The hurdles are short, about 2feet wide and made from 5 plastic pieces. The plastic is on the thicker side. Easy to assemble although there arenât instructions. The plastic cones do not match in color, if youâre picky about that.
