Light & sleek but with bad placement of the buttons
Works well, looks good and is light but has one quite annoying design flaw: the button that switches it on and especially the one that changes the modes (hot, cold, etc) is on the side of the handle where your hand grasps it (as opposed to the side where the thumb holds it. This means that just by holding it, you keep on changing the modes by accident, so constantly having to reset them.

Used once and it blew up!
I bought this blow dryer to take on my 5-week trip abroad. Worked fine at home in the US, although I only plugged it in to see if it worked. First time I used it in Fiji it blew up! I had an adapter to change from Fiji outlets to US plug which worked for all other electrical needs. I threw it away in Fiji as I wouldn’t be home in time to get a refund but wish I hadn’t…Hate wasting money on items that are no good.

Great customer service
I really loved this hair dryer, until it stopped blowing hot air within a few months. So I posted this experience and gave it a negative review. To my surprise, the manufacturer reached out to explain they had detected a defect in the mother board that explained the problem. And they refunded my money. Hence the positive review. I have since purchased another dryer, but might try this one again because it is much better for traveling than the heavier model I got.

This is a really compact hair dryer. It’s not billed as “travel sized” but it’s smaller than every other hair dryer I have ever owned and I could definitely travel with it. One nozzle is included, with a flat air outlet, and it clicks magnetically onto the hair dryer body and can rotate in any direction. The dryer has a five-foot, rubbery-coated cord with a built-in GFCI-style circuit breaker on the body of the plug, with test and reset buttons.The dryer has a toggle switch that goes from off to low to high fan speed, and then a separate mode toggle button to select the heat settings (none, low, high, and a mode that alternates hot and cold every 2 seconds). The heat doesn’t feel too hot on my hair, so no more scalding!The dryer is very quiet, which is super helpful. My one complaint is that the intake for all the air the dryer is moving, is at the base of the handle – exactly where my palm wants to be. But if I hold the dryer so that my thumb is right by the controls, the intake is mostly not blocked by my hand.My one other, very minor wish, is that it would have come in a carry bag, since it is convenient enough to want to bring with me on trips.
