Excellent Playpen 10 out of 10!
I love this playpen! Itâs really cute, a light color thatâs neutral and blends well with any decor, but the best part is the flexibility at which you can arrange the sizing. Itâs so easy to connect and disconnect it becomes portable! Full disclosure, We bought it for our puppy not a baby so we were rough on it and it was PERFECT! The pop up puppy playpens didnât work for us because he kept pulling down the sides. This was the perfect solution! We were able to move it from room to room and out doors to keep him safe but still give him lots of room to play and get energy out while still safe. The price is much more affordable and its easy to clean! I canât say enough great things about this product! Also the pieces lock into place so itâs really sturdy and do not come apart unless you pull it straight up while putting tension on the bottom so itâs well made also! Highly recommend!

Quality Customer Service. UPDATE
This play area is nice for infants through 13 months, my grand daughter is 15 months old, and although it keeps her safe, she holds on and pushes the panels back and forth and the lock devices come loose. If this feature were a little more durable it would be a great play area for her. I am constantly going around locking the ones that come loose. It wasnât to hard to assemble, and the gate feature is easy enough to use even for my 6 year old grand daughter. If they could come up with a more secure locking device to hold the panels more secure I would highly recommend it. I am still on the fence on returning this item.Update, since last comment, I had an issue with this produce, one of the panels broke and I was going to return it. Sent for my return label and in the interim I decided to keep the play yard. Happy Tao reached out to me and inquired why, through several emails and a photo of the product issue, their customer service department resolved the issue I had within several days. They were very prompt and considerate of the problem I was having. Their was no back and forth, they received the photo and sent replacement parts very quickly. I would recommend this product, especially knowing that their customer service department and the company really stand behind their product, thank you Happy Tao for all you have done to make this play yard whole again.

The shipping was much faster than expected! This product came assembled, I just placed it in the desired shape which was very easy. The quality is good so far, mostly sturdy. I ordered the 18 panel in the grey and white and the colors are exactly as pictured. The size is perfect for my 9 month old. Though the size of some of the holes seem concerning as little hands may get stuck, there are no true safety concerns with this. This is very versatile so its a great value for the money.

Cute, but bring back the old top connectors
This baby fence is amazing! Weâve tried other options for creating safe play areas for our 1-year-old and this one has been the most versatile to fit our needs. We actually ordered two of the large sets and have them in three different rooms of our home.The panels are very cute. They have neutral colors and fun designs. Iâve gotten compliments on them! They even have a fun play panel included with each set! I like to attach play rings and toys with hooks to the walls for additional play value.The panels can be positioned at various angles to create the shapes you desire. Each connector is removable and can swivel or lock as desired. It is modular, so you can keep adding or exchanging pieces between sets, if you buy more than one. I donât regret buying two large sets! I use my fence on carpeted areas, but there are suction cups on the bottom panel connectors to help keep it from moving on hard surfaces. The gates (one is included in each set), have cute designs and a simple latch that my baby canât operate ⦠yet. You can position the gates to in-swing or out swing in any place along the fence, so once she figures it out, Iâll just put the latch on the outside. The panel height is just right â baby canât get out, but adults can step in with relative ease if they donât wish to use the door.One of my panels had a defect and the company had excellent customer service. They more than made it right. They also sent spare connector parts in case any break.If you are looking for a baby fence or playpen, I highly recommend you give this one a try. It is on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for and will be able to use this in so many ways in your home.UPDATE: I just ordered a third set as my toddler is requiring more baby-proofing throughout the house.UPDATE 2: I fell on the gate and broke the latch on one of the doors. I contacted customer service to order a replacement latch. They sent a whole new gate AND an updated play panel for free! I was willing to buy the part, as it was my fault, but that didnât seem to even cross their minds! They really stand behind their product and want their customers to be satisfied!UPDATE 3: Sadly, after ordering a fourth set, I need to remove a star because theyâve changed the model. The new model no longer pulls apart to use panels in smaller sections, where you need them. Once attached, one must use tools to pull the whole top bracket off to separate the panels. Furthermore, the top connector is not compatible with my previous sets, which was very disappointing. The customer service continues to be excellent, but they really need to bring back the original productâs top connectors that made these panels much more versatile. The quality is still great and the specialty panels (door and entertainment panels) and bottom âfeetâ do seem to be upgraded a bit. This is still a great gate, but the changes make it much less useful for our ever-changing needs. It is a good, solid play area.
