Great product
I searched through lots of brands and picked this one. It works very well even with some slobber from the dogs playing, but wet balls won’t work great. It says to use the same brand balls, but I found most normal sized tennis balls work just fine. My dog is extremely smart and learned how to use it quickly, but she prefers the human interaction as part of the game and doesn’t use it much.

It shoots a lot further than I realized it would had to turn it down to medium, but that’s a plus cause I was worried it wouldnt be worth it…. and also has a battery for portability and also can be used while plugged in…..gotta work on teaching her how to drop it in but she loves chasing after it lolwas a excellent Christmas present for my 4 legged child lol and a great price too!!

Good for an active dog
We bought this for our pup who will fetch until your arm falls off. It works great but you have to rotate the balls as wet balls do not go that far. The only downside is there is no sensor that will stop the launcher from sending the ball when the dog it right in front. It doesn’t come out hard enough to hurt anything but defeats the purpose of a launcher

Not made for ball chewers!!
First of all, it does not throw the balls as far as it states it does. Secondly there is no time in between our dogs dropping the ball in the machine and going into “position” to catch it. They drop it in and boom, it’s out. I do not recommend for chewers. We have 2 German Shepherds, and they just chewed on the balls too quickly which comes with saliva. It cannot get dirty or wet, well….. dogs play with their mouths! They did not destroy the balls, but tennis balls were not the way to go and we learned the hard way. Lol! They learned very quickly on how it worked, but again no time to actually make it fun. No dirt at all? Unless your “grass” is turf you cannot take it outside. Not worth the money. My 2 cents!

This launcher works perfectly!
This is our second launcher. We originally bought a different brand, and It broke almost immediately. I was reluctant to buy another, but it is my dogs favorite toy, by far, so I invested in this machine. We have only been using it for about 5 days, but it has worked perfectly…no skipping, no recycling, no trapped balls. We are so happy with our purchase, it is well worth the cost.

Defective Product
I had high hopes for this product as my dog loves to fetch, however, it was obvious the box had been previously opened as it was torn and then we discovered it wouldn’t charge. It must have been a returned item that just got sent back out. So….2nd item in a row I’ve had to return to Amazon this Christmas! 🙁 I gave it 3 stars as I understand sometimes these things happen, just very disappointed.

Best $$ Ever Spent
Our puppy wanted us to play fetch with her for (literally) hours. And while I love playing with her, I do have to work. Plus, after 5 hours STRAIGHT of throwing the ball, my shoulder was getting pretty sore. I could have kissed the delivery guy when he brought this yesterday. It’s taken her less than 24 hours to figure out how to work it by herself. She still likes me to throw it every now and then (and of course I’m happy to oblige) but she also likes playing with it by herself. I will say, it does start to skip if the ball gets too wet but we bought a box of 100 tennis balls so we have lots to swap out. Amazon has saved my career, arm, and sanity!

Das beste Spielzeug, was ich je gesehen habe! Unser Jacky hat soviel Spaà damit. Innerhalb von 10 min hat sie verstanden, wo sie den Ball reinlegen muss. Und dann wird gewartet und gebellt. Die Wurfweite kann eingestellt werden. Der Ball kullert nicht nur raus, er wird rausgeschossen. Und ab geht das Spiel ! Wir sind alle begeistert. Genial!

Ottimo prodotto per tenere occupato il cane mentre cerchi di sistemare il giardino. Ha imparato a mettere la pallina da sola e si divertente un sacco. La presa è inglese, le palline sono piccole (non sono della grandezza di quelle da tennis). Con le pile dura due giorni, è consigliabile usare la corrente.Consigliato.
