Slow feeders really help
My puppy was eating way too fast so buying a slow feeder helped slow her down. This one does the job!

5 Star Bowl. 1 Star Label.
When I bought this bowl, there were no reviews at the time. I recently checked, and see the bowl now has a small number of reviews, but it is only getting 3.1 stars. I honestly feel this bowl deserves a higher rating, and here’s why:Pros: The bowl is made of good quality stainless, is dishwasher safe, cleans easily, and stays put on the ground when my 48lb Heeler mix dives in at mealtime. Unlike my last plastic maze-style slow feeding bowl, this one doesn’t pinch her muzzle or cause her to snort when she leans in too heavily to try to inhale her food. With its 30 oz capacity, it comfortably fits her meals. I tried another brand’s 60 oz bowl before this one, and the larger capacity bowl made it look like my dog was trying to eat out of a cow trough. This bowl does everything I could ever hope for in a slow feeding bowl. Except one thing (see ‘cons’).Cons: When I first removed the bowl from its box, I noticed a simple imprinted logo. That was nice. And then I was overwhelmed by a roughly 2″x6″ behemoth label more suited for an artillery tank. Perhaps I exaggerate, but not much. I approached the label with optimism, assuming it would simply and cleanly peel off. This was a wrong assumption. Very wrong. The first half-inch of the label at either end initially looks like it will come off with a simple tug. That is before it begins to shred under the slightest pull. I’ve attached a photo of the label’s condition at the 12-minute mark after scrubbing it with a scouring pad before moving onto 91% rubbing alcohol and WD-40 (both good solvents for stubborn adhesives). I’d like to personally ask the sadistic marketing person who said “let’s attach the label with Gorilla Glue” to kindly reconsider. The only good thing that came out of my battle with the label was that it showed the bowl’s dark blue coating can take a licking and keep its fresh look. If you plan to buy this bowl, plan to use chemical warfare when you approach taking this label off. Elbow grease will not touch it.Despite having to engage in mortal combat with the bowl’s label, I stand by my decision to give the bowl 5 stars. My dog enjoys it, I like it, and I expect it will last a very long time. The label, in its many pieces, went into the trash after 20 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity. In a nutshell: love the bowl, hate the label.

Why use supet glue for lable
Just discovered a price drop I havenât even sent in my review, thanks twiceI was excited to get this dish for my German Shepherd dog that likes to wolf his food down and although it being on the higher end of money, I figured it would be worth it because my dog is priceless. Upon receipt and opening I tried to take the sticker off of the side but thatâs just a ridiculous task thatâs never gonna be completed after two hours of scratching and peeling, my fingernails are gone and by using a knife or spoon scratches up the sides. It would be nice if you send me one without the sticker on it as it looks ridiculous I know itâs a dog dish, dogs not gonna read it & my company doesnât need to see it. I will brag on it if it is good. Kind of a let down.Maybe instead of the industrial strength glue, you can use a little tabs of silicone like 5 million other companies

Nice bowl BUT label is STUCK on with GLUE to 3/4 of exterior (not fun to remove)
This bowl is ok for a slow feeder BUTit has a label that is GLUED ON to 3/4 of the outside of the bowl that’s a PITA to removeIt’s fine but if they continue to keep GLUEING a label on definitely look elsewhereNot worth the trouble for the price!Stars deducted for GLUE RESIDUE

Wanted to love
The bowl is an awesome size and great for slow feeding BUT after I put it in the dish washer, somehow the water got inside the seam and I canât get it out. When I shake it, I can hear the water. Disappointed:(

Great for slowing down our mini aussie
We have a dog, who after two years, still inhales his food every meal. We put this bad boy bowl down with his food and it forced him to slow down. Was he happy about it? Heck no. He even kept stopping to look at the bowl and try to figure out why it wasn’t “working” like his other one. It makes him slow down to the point where he is actually chewing his food vs. swallowing it whole. I didn’t think it was possible, but this bowl really works for him. It’s easy to throw int he dishwasher, and looks good to boot. My only complaint it the sticker that comes on it was annoying to pick off. It didn’t want to come off in one big piece.
