We got this for our cats for when we go on vacation so we donât have to worry about them missing a meal and also so we can say hi to them through the camera. Set up was easy. It has the option to set up scheduled feedings or feed them whenever you want. It works great. Camera and sound work good too. Itâs very secure so I donât have to worry about them breaking into it! Holds a lot of food for my two cats. Probably at least a months worth!

We bought this because we are planning to go away for a few days. We have 2 cats and wanted a way to dispense snacks to them while also being able to see and check in on them. Like other reviews mentioned, the right sidedispenses more food than the left side. Since we are only using this for snacks 3x a day it wasn’t an issue. We bought another automatic feeder for their regular meals and it dispenses evenly but no camera.This feeder was easy to assemble and set up through the app. After a few days the cats already knew the feeding schedule and they would sit by the feeder when it was almost snack time. The video quality is good and it allows you to see the tops of the cats heads as they eat. My only complaint is the speaker is very loud (and there is no volume control) so I have to speak softly. The first time I spoke to the cats through the microphone I scared them and they ran away! Other than that, I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

UPDATED REVIEW:This thing turns off my scheduled feedings somehow. Rendering it useless, and the cats don’t get fed until you realize what’s happening. It has also disconnected from WIFI several times. Which is a huge pain.I’ll be buying a different brand and throwing this into the trash.This cat feeder is awesome and has saved me so much time. My son has 3 fur gremlins and had to leave town for a few days for training.I live about 10 minutes from his house and of course, moms on feeding duty. Running down there twice a day is annoying, so naturally I hopped on Amazon for a solution to make my life easier. Pair this lovely machine with a water fountain and you’re set.After connecting to Wifi, You can set up a feeding schedule that automatically dispenses food at your specified time. You can also set how much it dispenses.You can check in on the camera at any time, talk through the microphone, and dispense food on demand. It also allows you to put batteries in as a backup in case the power goes out!10/10 would recommend to anyone who has animals to feed.

I think for the price it could be way better. I saw ones on Amazon without a camera that actually dispenses the food evenly unlike this one. The right bowl gets more due to the way it turns. I did a little diy craft on it and taped part of the right side of the hole that food comes out of so now the right side only gets 2g more of kibble. It says the portion sizes is roughly 10g of food. – itâs not. I weighed it out and 3 portions is only 20g of kibble.. so I upped the portion to 4 servings. ALSO, 4 servings only spots out 3. The first cycle around counts as a serving but doesnât even dispense food.Honestly the only reason Iâm going to keep it is because I like the simplicity of the app & being able to create a schedule, and I love the camera. It has pretty good quality too! You can also manually distribute as many servings as you want too, not just on a schedule.It could be better like I said.. but if you have to, just tweak it, DIY it, weigh out the food until itâs even – or do whatever you gotta do.

This auto cat feeder is so nice to be able to control their feeding without me being there.and it is very easy to assemble and set-up the app. The camera is good enough to see the cats and make sure they are eating. I’ve tried the camera while I’m away from the house and it helped me not worry that the cats were getting enough food. The camera works well enough to see the cats at nighttime as well.The only cons I have is:The food doesn’t dispense evenly, one side always seems to get more. This isn’t a problem for my cats but is worth mentioning.I recommended this product for the price, convenience, and ease of use.

I do really enjoy this – itâs user friendly and the camera is a good quality. You can put in a schedule for feeding and itâs relatively quiet when dispensing (although my one cat is still suspicious of it haha).My biggest thing on it is that it does not pour the food in equal portions to the bowls. You can see in the photo that the right side gets basically double. This is a challenge as I got it with the purpose of it portioning it out more so the cats had equal opportunity at the food.Overall is good though!

Stay away. The motor isnât strong enough to push the car food out. It worked for a month or so then got weaker and weaker. I left my cats for the weekend to come home to them soooo hungry because the feeder wasnât pushing out enough food. Terrible product. Super unhappy.
