Pretty good quality, soft mesh on the inside. I got it for my puppy and it is SO CUTE. really easy to put on. And I like that it comes with a matching leash! The leash is shorter than typical, but still a decent length. The fabric of the harness is pretty thin, but seems durable enough. By the product images it seemed like it would be adjustable, which I guess technically it is⦠but it doesnât really stay if you tighten it. Thatâs really my only complaint:). The tummy part is put on by Velcro and a buckle:)
