I bought this for my boyfriend’s son for his 11th birthday. I watched him take everything out of the package and put the targets on the base. However one of the targets was broken at the bottom. It couldn’t be attached to the base. And the broken piece was not in the package so that means someone put it in the box already broken. It seems the people that are supposed to do the inspections before shipping were having a bad day.We didn’t bother trying to return it. The nearest UPS store is 55 miles away. They may pay for the shipping but they don’t cover the cost of gas to get there and back.But he absolutely loves it! The floating balls, the glow in the dark features, the targets that drop back (sometimes). He didn’t want a new one.
