Actually stay on my dogs feet
This is the 2nd pair of these booties that I have purchased. They stay on! And my dog run through snow at high rates of speed. I only use them when it’s below 20 degrees, and they totally keep my dog’s paws protected. You have to really tighten them, wrap the velcro closures as much as you can, but this does not hurt the paw at all. My dog is a 70 pound, lab/golden doodle mix. Very long legs and the large fits perfectly.

Protective bootie for my dog’s toe surgery
Thank you for this excellent product!! These booties are perfect for my dog. He had to have a toe surgically amputated and his foot was bandaged. The bandage came off and I had one reapplied. The second one only lasted a few days so I desperately was looking for alternatives…. I’m very pleased with how this bootie works to protect his healing surgical wound! The neoprene top is soft, smooth and breathable, yet sturdy. It fits snugly and secures with the velcro strap easily. The rubberized sole is both supportive and flexible. It keeps his foot dry when he has to go outside in the snow. It is easy to put on him as the back of the boot opens up. And it stays on his foot, doesn’t slip. All in all a perfect design for this alternative use! I didn’t need all 4, so am thinking of donating the other 3 to my vet.

EDIT: It was raining really bad one day and they dried very fast! Not to mention because the shoes are a little bigger and the foot pad area is wide, my dog is able to fit her thumb nail into the shoes without discomfort.REVIEW:I have a small terrier mix who is 17 pounds. I was afraid these would be too big.I bought the size small in the neoprene solid blue print. Yes they are a little too big BUT whatâs makes these shoes great, is that there is a slit in the back of them so I can have them up her legs and sheâs still able to walk in them.It gets really hot where I live and the pavement gets really hot as well but these get the job done.Although they stay on, since they are a little big (1â big) the front ones kept sliding down which caused her to trip a little, but Iâm sure thatâs user error and can be adjusted with the Velcro!Overall I have tried 3 different brands of shoes:1. The first being QUMYPET and those didnât work for me because the dogs footpad has to sit in the shoe sole perfectly or the shoes donât work as well.2. The second brand Iâve tried was from Amazon as well, and instead of a zip or velcro it was more of a drawstring tie. These were ok but werenât super secure and fell off easily.3. The third pair are these BarkBrite shoes. I love them because:⢠It has protective rubber soles, but a breathable mesh for my dogs legs. Also since itâs neoprene material they can get wet and will dry fast. (Havenât tested that yet)⢠There are no zippers just Velcro so putting them on was super easy!⢠the slit in the back is perfect so the dog has mobility when walking.Overall great purchase!

Great booties for my pup!
I bought these booties for my German Shepherd to protect her feet after a very unfortunate incident when she burned the pads on all her feet on a hike. She is doing great with them and they seem to protect her feet really well. I would size down when you purchase as I think they run a little big. Great product!

Delivery was super late! Shoes broke on first walk
First of all, Amazon delivery guys are extremely lazy and choose not to deliver when it’s too difficult to walk up a hill.I needed these boots for my dog with hurt paw, it was 1 day shipping with Prime, yet my shoes weren’t delivered by Amazon driver, because he didn’t want to walk around a construction crew and place the item on our driveway. Package was late a week.Shoes looks cute and soft. Put them on my dog at 3pm to chill in them at home to get use to them. went on a very short walk (since my dog has a paw injury) down our driveway and when we got to the bottom of my drive the shoes started showing signs of wear and tear… after hardly 400ft. There is zero chance those shoes would withstand daily dog walks in a park or fire roads.. Pretty bummed, as they are cute and soft feeling.

I feel like Goldilocks — the first were too small; these were too big!
I am finding it impossible to find a pair of booties for my older 100 lb. lab who keeps chewing at the underside of her paw. The first ones I ordered in large were too small and she refused to let me put them on. These XXL ones are much too big and bulky and she just shakes them off. I can now try XL, but I am pessimistic they’ll work. She’s got big webbed feet that seem impossible to fit. I need a pair of booties so that she can actually walk in comfort rather than being in agony.
