I put this on my 9 pound really vocal little yorkie mix. I set it to vibrate only at first, hoping this would be enough to stop her constant barking. It was! She honestly stopped barking after one vibration. She will occasionally forget she has it on, and let out a bark or two before she gets the vibration again. I like that you can adjust the bark sensitivity, because I have a big dog as well whoâs occasional barking would set off my little dogs collar. So I lowered the sensitivity to a level 3 and problem solved! I also really like that it is rechargeable, my last one (for a dog I had years ago) went through weird sized batteries too often. This one recharges quickly and so far holds itâs charge really well. (Iâve had it about a month, i recharge it at night once a week, Iâm sure I can make it longer as it has never run out of batteries before I recharge)I also like that it comes with soft covers for the skin contact points. I tested it on myself and you still feel a shock and vibration when the covers are on the metal contact points. And it seems like these covers would be more comfortable for your dog.My only comment for improvement would be to have a warning beep for the dog (this has a beep, but it then makes the (vibration) correction no matter what)Iâm buying another for my big dog just in case she decides to start barking moreâ¦Iâll have it on hand. Plus they are very adjustable for different size doggie necks.

It really works
I bought one of these collars over a month ago to try it to help train my Rottweiler/Pitbull with his incessant barking at any passersby. Letâs just say, I was skeptical but now impressed. I charged it up the night I received it and put it on him the next morning before letting him out into the backyard. Not more than five minutes later he barked once at someone walking down the path behind my house and then gave sort of a half bark after that and then the barking stopped.I was so pleased that I bought a second collar to help train my English Bulldog/Blue Queensland Heeler with his incessant barking, and the same thing happened with him.I put them on my dogs every time they go out to the backyard and take them off when they come back in the house. It has been such a relief and I think my neighbors are also pleasantly pleased with the results.I also love the fact that I only plug them in to charge overnight about once every 8 to 10 days. The battery life on these things is extraordinary. I also like how it has adjustable sensitivity levels. I keep my dogs collars set to level 4 so in case a dog passing behind my house barks it wonât set off their collars. Their collars will only activate when they bark themselves.Another very cool feature that I like is that when they bark, the collar gives an audible beep and vibrates just before delivering the small humane static shock, and that each activation intensifies in progression with each successive bark which really helps the dog to learn that the activation of their collar is the result of their barking.These little collars are a godsend for anyone who has a dog with the bad behavior of incessant barking. They work, theyâre humane, and on top of that they look nice. I definitely recommend this collar.

We have had quite a few bark collars over the years. We have owned dogs for over 50 years. These bark Collars we purchased are absolutely incredible. We have three dogs right now. One dog starts barking and all three dogs barking out of control. I purchased these bark collars out of pure desperation. My wife and I were completely embarrassed when someone came to the door.We purchased these collars. I have a short sentence that says it all. “WE NOW HAVE PEACE AND QUIET”.These collars are humane don’t hurt our precious furry family members. The options can be changed anytime to control behavior. For example, the GREEN formula “VIBRATION-SOUND” levels 1 to 5 or RED formula “VIBRATION-SOUND-SHOCK” levels 1 to 5. Barking is totally under control. Additional perk the electrodes come two sizes – LONG or SHORT. Easy to interchange. Our furry family members will still alert us when someone comes to the door but not OUT OF CONTROL.Battery life is also another pleasant surprise. The batteries only need recharged in my case ONCE a week. That is very convenient. Lastly all of the functions are displayed LED on the collar. The collars can be turned on or off easily one button. The MODE functions can be changed easily one BUTTON RED or GREEN. Intensity one button control from 1 to 5.My wife and I now have PEACE and QUIET and three very happy FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS.

Worked Better than I expected !
We had been using a remote control beep collar but it didn’t do us any good if it came unpaired which was always, or when I wasn’t home. My dog had developed anxiety and when I left the house would bark nonstop. no matter who elde was still home..so I looked for an automatic longer lasting collar, saw the reviews here and decided to try it. First off I was impressed that the USB charging made it easy and lasted close to 2 weeks which is great ! We have had the collar a few weeks now and I’m very happy with it. It was easy to set up too. Almost immediately he understood the beep and vibrate as he was used to the beep on his old collar when we needed to deter him from an action . We have no more issues with him barking non stop, collar has done an awesome job . Now if he gets wayyy too excited , like I’ve been out for a few hours and he’s been home with my husband, when I get home he will bark excitedly for a few and then take notice of the collar and stop but in normal everyday situations, mailman, doorbell, other dogs, visitors, he no longer barks or will bark once which sets off the collar , and stops right away. If your dog is a howler this won’t work BUT if barking is an issue I would definitely give this a try
