Good product! Bad packagingâ¦
I love the blanket. BUT! When it came in it was a very small box, taking it out I saw it was vacuum sealed, no biggie! But unpacking it from the vacuum sealed I saw the controls/remote had the buttons pushed in, one has the display shoved in. Now it does turn on and it still works just fine. But to save on packaging size they have compromised their remotes being damaged in the process, especially with how boxes are thrown around and heavy things are put in them during shipping. It does come with a five year warranty so at least if it does stop working a week or even a month from now, a replacement is easily possible. Besides the packaging miscalculation the product works perfectly, nice and warm, very soft, I love the remotes that are easy to use. The fabric is thin and breathable but doesnât compromise heating factor. All in all itâs a great product for the price and Iâm content with just accepting the button and screen damage since it still works.

Awesum blanket and Great Company!
As senior citizens, we dislike the cold Ohio nights….This was an excellent blanket, warm heat and softness ! Very attractive looking and Customer Service was AMAZING and fast with answers to questions. Have had it over 2 years now and experienced issue with the controller. Customer service was very, very prompt and stood behind their product! Replaced and resolved my issue and honored their warranty! No red tape! Very impressed with this company!

Worth The Money
I purchased mine over a year ago.I use it all year to warm the bed and still works great.I still not sure which side is up the soft or furry side…both are soft and comfy.It does have long cords but I need them about 6″ longer.I’m a restless sleeper and like to curl up ð in a blanket so they do come unplugged on me if im not careful.The weight isnt bad at all ..unless I add a top blanket to the heated blanket…which I do.It washed easily in a home washer on easy with low heat drying… A large capacity washer I think would be best and easiest way to avoid damage to the heater.

***WARNING*** Electricial Shock
Thought I should share a quick message about this product. I had this on the bed for just under a week and was very happy with how it warmed the bed up at night….however. I had the timer set to shut off about an hour after I went to bed and as I was falling asleep a jolt forced me out of bed. I wasn’t sure what happened but realized rather quickly that the blanket had shocked my right foot! It felt as if my foot was broken. Fortunately it’s not, but it’s a couple days later and my foot is still sore.I’m scared to use the blanket so I’m returning ASAP. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

UPDATED: Seller replaced controller. –Controller broke after 7 months
UPDATE: Once I was able to reach the seller, they were very responsive. I sent pictures to show that the controller didn’t work and they made good on their warranty and replaced the blanket. I changed review to five stars because with products there will always be things that unfortunately malfunction and it is not the seller’s fault. How they respond is what is key. In this case, they were great and for that, I’d buy from them again and recommend this blanket to people because it is a really good blanket.The controller stopped working today – 7 months after purchase. Lots of reviews about problems with the controllers but I ignored them. Used it maybe once per week or so and was very happy with the purchase. Put it away for the summer but have been using it starting in October of 2022 about once a week again. Controller stopped working today randomly. Would expect more for the cost paid for this blanket. I can’t find the seller’s contact info but will keep looking. Hopefully they will simply send a replacement controller. Will update the review once I get this worked out.

Beautiful and cozy
It was time for me to get a new electric blanket as mine had gotten quite old. I bought a few on Amazon, and then returned them because there were characteristics I did not like. With both orders the cords were too short from the end of the blanket to the plug on the wall and a trip hazard. Also, the remotes were too complicated to use and did not light up at night. This electric blanket is very plush and cozy. I love the feel of the blanket. The cords are long enough and the remote is very simple to use. It also stays lit at night, so you can see what number you are on and what number you want to switch to if it gets too warm. My only negative about this blanket is it never gets real hot which may be something that is appealing to many. I put it on an hour or two before going to bed and it seems to warm up quicker if I leave the quilt over it for a while. However, the heat is sufficient and I feel I have tested enough brands to confidently say this is a beautiful blanket and worth the price .

i go through an electric blanket once a year as i use them year round. what i love about this brand is that you donât feel the wires (which is a huge plus in my book) it is very soft and not too heavy. controllers are easy to use. i do have to turn it up one setting compared to other electric blankets but definitely not a deal breaker because every other aspect beats all my other electric blankets that i have owned) this will definitely be my go to brand moving forward!

I purchased a blanket nearly a year ago but the controller stopped working. It has 5 year warranty, I reached out to the company and they were fast to respond and asked for a video which I provided and they are sending out a new blanket. I was happy to comply with sending a video as that is definitely the best way to show the issue I was having as I wouldn’t expect them to just take my word for it. Very professional and the blanket prior to the control stopping working was amazing. Auto turn off makes me feel safe so it is never left on for too long or left on by accident. Heated up fast and the blanket is thick and so soft. It Is great purchasing from a company that sticks to what they advertise, handle everything professionally and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Highly recommended and I will definitely only ever buy electric blankets from this company(they make great gifts!), they have a customer for life with me after how they handled this. Thank you!

Iâve used this twice and it worked okay. It takes a very long time to get just slightly warm. The heating part is not very large but itâs sufficient to warm your feet, if it turns on that it. The third time I tried to use it, the display on the remote turns on and then just glitches between settings 3 and 4. Pressing any buttons doesnât do anything. It wonât even turn off either. I checked all the connections and everything is plugged it properly. I had to unplug it to turn it off. And it doesnât heat at all anymore. Iâll be returning it and trying a different company.
