Great blanket
First of all I purchased a King blanket, thinking I needed a larger size to cover my bed well. But it was such a generous size, it was way too big. I returned it and then ordered a Full size. This blanket fit my Queen size bed perfectly. The blanket is very soft and luxurious and keeps me very warm. And itâs a beautiful blue color. I recommend this blanket and ordering it from Amazon. Their return process is easy and reliable.

We love them so far!
We bought the purple king size for the bed and the teal full size for use on the couch, and so far, we love them. We have had them for about two months. The colors are lovely and have a slight sheen, and the fabric is soft and flexible. The blankets are also well designed. Unlike our previous electric blanket by another manufacturer, the wires in these are incased in narrow channels that hold them in place and are barely noticeable. The blanket is evenly warm and the preheat button is delightful.

Do Not Buy – Reviews are true!!
This was the best blanket ever – for about 3 months (I purchased it at the end of September and it died December 31). I am always cold, so I use an electric blanket every night, year round. My previous blanket was a sunbeam, and I had it for at least 5 years. I loved it, but it wasnât very soft and the wires could be felt. I wasnât particularly sorry when it died because it meant I could find a new one that I hoped would be softer. Also, I was sometimes cold, even with my blanket on full hot and a light comforter on top to reflect the heat back.I was super excited, then, when I found this blanket. Its 20 levels of heat meant that sometimes I would get too hot and didnât actually need it on full heat! And if the bed got messed up and the sheet moved so the blanket was directly on me, that was just fine, because itâs SUPER soft and I canât feel the wires! Also, the preheat/boost option was amazing because I no longer had to wait 15 minutes for the blanket to heat up – it would start to get warm almost immediately!!I thought I had found the best possible solution – until it quit working after 3 months!! The first day, I woke up and realized my blanket was not on. I looked over and saw an error code on my controller (it said E2). I unplugged the controller from the wall and the blanket, let it sit for a while, plugged it back in, and it was fine. The next morning, same code on the controller, so I unplugged it again and actually left it unplugged all day. This time, however, the controller did not reset. I have 2 controllers, so I thought Iâd try it on the other side – no luck! I also put the other controller onto the blanket (essentially switching the controllers and the sides of the blanket they were on – no luck)! I finally ended up putting the good controller and the good side of the blanket on my side (my husband doesnât need heat), so I could have heat, but I also looked into getting it replaced.Amazon canât help in this case because thereâs an existing warranty on the blanket, so I had to submit a claim through JLAHome. Their work hours were not the greatest – open super early (7:00am) but not very late (closed at 3:30pm). It took me a week to finally get through at a good time. I told the lady on the other end the issue, and then she asked if I had done all of the troubleshooting. She said that there was a booklet included with my blanket – I didnât see one, but I have the packaging it came in. So then she asked me what the problem was – even though I had just told her – and she asked me where I had purchased it (again, something I told her). After verifying more details that I had given her (the fact that I had purchased a king sized blanket and have 2 controllers), and that only one side of the blanket is currently working with one controller, she submitted a claim. However, there are no king sized blankets in stock, and they wonât have them for 3 weeks! Thatâs not even the worst part! The worst part is that they canât just put the order in and have the blanket shipped to me when it is in stock. Instead, I have to wait for 3 weeks, call in, give them the claim #, and hopefully they will have it in stock then to send to me. And then hopefully that blanket lasts longer than this one has!!

Beautyrest electric throw blanket 70in x 60in
I am very satisfied with my new Beautyrest throw blanket. The electric coils are in the middle with about 12 inches of the periphery without heating coils. It heats up very quickly in about 2 minutes. Unlike the larger Beautyrest electric blankets, this model has only an on and off and three heat settings low medium and high and an automatic 2 hour shut off. These settings are sufficient for me. The material is medium weight and very soft and plush. This is unlike other electric blankets that use a sherpa material. I cannot speak of the durability and washing of the blanket since I have not had it very long. It will only be used on occasion when the night time temperature reaches 15° F as it did recently in New York City. If any problems develop, I will update my ratings. I hope my comments have helped you in making a buying decision.

Cozy and comfortable
We are very pleased with this electric blanket. After purchasing several other brands and sizes (that had to all be returned), we are delighted with this one. We use it on our couch, so one or two adults can use it, along with our dog. Itâs soft and the teal color is beautiful. We chose this one because it had a remote that had multiple levels with various numbers versus a remote using high medium and low. The remote does get a tad bit warm. The blanket heats up quickly and we believe it will last a long time. Definitely recommend!

Oh my, my. This is so luxurious. This blanket is a great purchase. The fur is soft. It is not stiff but drapes around me so luxuriously. This thing can really heat you up on maximum power. After you get good and warm turn the heat down lower and snooze away.

Can’t control it!!!
The blanket, on first look, seemed perfect – soft, pretty and light weight. And in fact, it heats evenly, gently and is well controled. Unlike the blanket itself, which is an Imp of Satan! It slips and slides, and I have to re-adjust it during the night or it ends up on the floor. I have to completely remake the bed every morning, and frankly, I am getting tired of it.

Very quick preheat.
Many nice features that I donât think were mentioned. The preheat feature takes about 5 minutes to actually warm up the bed. After that it switches over to the normal heat setting that you use for an overnight setting. And I know this is not recommended but we use it underneath a quilt that covers the bed. The queen size is accurate on size and feels very plush. Durability is still to be determined but judging from all appearances I would expect 4-6 seasons or years service. Definitely a good investment and highly recommended.
