Such a great blanket
This was a Christmas gift for my mother and it was an absolute hit with her.It’s so soft and pretty, it is of high quality for sure.The heat it puts off is so soothing, it isn’t overbearing at all. It has a 4 hour shut off which is perfect bc I know I’m up every 4 hrs or more anyway either adding wood to the fire, letting the dog out, or going to the bathroom, lol.So stop your unending search through the reviews bc you’ve found the item to purchase.

Berkshire heating blanket actually heats up
Puts out good heat, evenly distribute across the entire blanket. Soft material. Good quality. Other brands like Westinghouse and Sunbeam donât heat up as nicely as this one. Westinghouse used to be good, but I had to return last couple Westinghouse heating blankets because could barely feel the heat.The Berkshire heating blanket seems to be the winner of the 3 brands. Better heat, better materials, better heat distribution.

Beautiful Throw!
Often heated throws seem to be made of cheap fabric spread over wires. THIS throw is an exception. Foremost, it is a beautiful blanket! Itâs so soft. Because of the blanketâs thickness, the wires arenât as noticeable as they are on most blankets. It heats well, with four heat settings. The controller is part of the actual blanket which is very convenient. You donât even have to bend over to adjust the heat level. Great purchase.

Incredibly soft and warm
I bought this blanket when my old one (from a different manufacturer) broke, and I wish I had made the plunge sooner. This blanket is incredible. It’s thick, soft, fluffy, and vibrantly colored. The button is easy to turn on and off, the timer works well, and most importantly it heats up like a dream. Even on the lowest setting, it’s deliciously warm. I haven’t even needed to go beyond level 2. And it heats up very quickly. It blows my old one out of the water. My ONLY complaint is that I wish there was the option to change the duration of the self timer, as I use it to sleep and waking up every four hours isn’t fun. But if you don’t use it to sleep, this blanket is everything a person could want and more.

I use this guy every night! The heating is kind of uneven but itâs so warm and so perfect. Just wish there was one more layer between you and the heating element. Sometimes it does burn a little. Even on one.

Smaller than I thought but I didnât read the dimensions. Gets very warm and feels luxurious. Love the button feature on the actual blanket but hate the bulky cord most heating blankets have.
