Excellent Cleaner! Doesn’t actually come w/a cloth
I love this cleaner. It is a very effective odor & stain remover and has no unpleasant or “toxic” smell like so many others do. I have purchased this 3 times now and please be aware that although it says it comes w/a microfiber cleaning cloth, IT 100% DOES NOT COME WITH A CLOTH! So if you think you’re getting one, think again. It’s totally false advertising and should be removed from the description. The cloth really doesn’t affect my rating on the actual product, like I said it’s my favorite pet cleaner and works wonderfully. Just don’t tell people they’re getting something extra if they’re not.

Wow! Works wonders!
We had a pet sitter MIA for a long period of time. My poor dog suffered a bladder infection and my house smelled horribly of pet urine. The smell was particularly strong in my leather sofas. I thought they were ruined. Then I saw this recommended. I thought, why not? They are ruined anyway. Well, let me tell you that this product is fabulous! My leather is still the nice sage green it started with. There is no more smell of dog urine (after I mopped the floors, baseboards and wall that also took a hit). I need to use it on some other items we just moved out of the house. We are two weeks out and the smell abatement continues making this a durable product. The performance on my leather sofas makes this product a great value considering how much it would cost to replace my 2 leather sofas made of good quality leather and without a faux siding or backing.

The stuff works!
How many cat owners have a cat that uses a cat box 100% of the time? Why the pee & poop outside the box? Find the answer & maybe some behavioral modification will work. If not, this is a very good product to use & is easy to apply. Follow directions for the best results. The bottle says it also works on other types of things, like blood, vomit, diaper pails, whatever can grow bacteria. I’ve only used it on cat pee & the odor goes away immediately. They have returned to their spots on occasion & of course, it’s frustrating. But I use this product & there is no odor, even after the lavender/lime scent dissipates. I have vinyl & faux wood floors throughout my home & have used it on both surfaces without staining. I don’t know how well it works on carpets or clothes. I think it’s a great product & the price is very good.The scent is pleasant to me & my cats don’t seem to mind it.

Works great but is it safe on wood floors?
You looking for a product that doesnât leave your house smelling like harsh chemicals? You want something that actually does seem to do what it says? You want to find your favorite puppy potty training solution? Need something to attack pet accidents? Then go ahead and try this! I gave it a 4 because I do think I love it. It smells great and seems to treat the soiled area. Iâm on the fence with it leaving no residue. Also, not so sure I will use on my wood floors again. It does leave a sticky residue and even after rinsing my wood floors are just not the same. Worked fine on tile and carpet.

IT REALLY WORKS!! Saved my couch
I didn’t have a cover on my new couch and over the winter the smell of dog became so strong I couldn’t stand the smell. I tried shampooing it and washing the cushion covers with all the odor control I have but nothing worked. I had to cover it with two comforters just to sit on it and it still kind of smelled. I was feeling I had to get rid of my couch but I decided to look up enzyme cleaners to see if that might work and came across this one. I have a bird in the living room so I have been worried about using anything, this says it is safe for birds so I ordered it. I only needed one thorough spray to get 95% smell gone!! I did it another time it smells fine, no dog odor!!!!! I am very happy with this product and will keep using it. It has a wonderful lavender smell that is not too strong. Might be too much if someone didn’t like lavender though the smell left behind is light and not heavy.

Very strong overwhelming scent
The product works well removing pet stains, but the scent is very strong and overwhelming. Smells like powdery lavender that perfumes the whole house for many days. It hurt my nose and gave me a headache. My partner also did not like the overpowering scent. If youâre sensitive to scents, I would strongly discourage this one and instead get the lime essence scent version of this product. The lime essence version is much more subtle and works just as well.

No pets, just little boys
Unlike most reviewers here, I don’t have any pets. I do however, have three boys. Have you ever potty trained a boy before? There’s a lot of pee involved… Mostly peed that doesn’t make the potty. A lot of times, we don’t even make it to the bathroom.Now, I’ve hired different carpet and couch cleaners. And do you know what they tell me? Just get biokleen. Seriously. So I did. And boy do we use it.No pee smell. No smell of small little boys creating pure havoc. I adore these boys with all that I am, but not the odors they create.
