Great design, very sturdy – used with My Bird Buddy
Using the 90″ Onlyfly Bird Feeder Pole Stand with ‘My Bird Buddy’ feeder. I purchased separately the Onlyfly Mount Adapter (- Only Designed for Bird Buddy) as well. Very pleased with the set up. This was the only pole set up that I found that had the slip fit connection, which is much more stable than the threaded connection poles I’ve seen. I plan to add at least a hummingbird feeder in the near future to the hanger ring, but the birds are enjoying the extra perch area in the mean time. To help keep the squirrels away I added an Audubon Hanging Baffle that I purchased locally. I feel this has been a good investment that last a long time, and provide me a stable worry free bird watching opportunity

Very sturdy pole!
Pole went together easily and seems sturdy. However, I did not receive the screws shown in the video to attach my Onlyfly Camera feeder. Therefore, taking off a star since I could not mount it as shown.

Prevents squirrels eating from bird feeders
This pole is so easy to assemble with the thumb screws provided. It took me about 15 minutes from the time I opened the box until I had this completely assembled.The semi-circle hanger rods can be placed anywhere along the pole, held in place by the tension from thumb screws. Small bulbs on the hanger rods should be facing upward when mounting to keep feeders suspended on the rods from sliding around.Most of the pole sections have a bevel which fits inside the end of another section. One pole section does not have the bevels and is intended to be the top, where the adapter plate for a bird house caps off the top of the pole. Very tiny screws provided can be used to secure a bird house, so be careful those donât get lost.Put the adapter plate on top even if you arenât attaching a bird house; that platform covers the pole and will prevent water from getting inside.The instructions indicate to use a rubber mallet to seat the stabilizing stakes into the ground; I was able to put my foot on the rods and work my way around, pressing each one just about an inch at a time until the rods were completely into the ground.I had put away the hanging bird feeders because the shepherdâs hooks I was using were needed to support several wind chimes I accumulated. I was putting the birdseed on the ground, but the squirrels would eat both the food intended for the squirrels and the seeds from the bird food scattered on the ground.This pole with the semi-circle hanging rods allowed me to bring those hanging feeders out of storage. Now I can watch birds right outside my window, without those birds having to compete with the squirrels for the same food.The squirrels canât easily climb this pole; Iâve watched them try, but they could only go up a short distance before there claws became ineffective. I also enjoy the squirrels, but they often bully the birds. This seems to have remedied that issue.

Outdoor multi bird feeder/house pole
So this is a very sturdy well made pole. If u use all the sections its around 8ft tall which is a good height to keep cats an other predators away from the birds. U can also choose to make it shorter by not using all the sections. The design makes for easy installation but is plenty sturdy since it’s made of sturdy metal an uses pressure bolts to hold it together tightly . This also adds a decorative look to your yard an a safe place for the birds to hang out. The pole is plenty sturdy an can easily hold even heavier feeders an the half moon style hangers can be adjusted to different heights an allow for multiple different feeders or decorations to be hung on it . It also has a L bracket at the top that a bird house or single sided or bottom mounted feeder can be screwed to making for a easy ,solid mounting option. The black coating seems well done an should last a long time as well. So overall I’d say this is a great choice to add bird feeders or houses to your yard an while a bit more expensive than some others this is because this is a very sturdy, well designed pole that is built alot better than many cheaper ones and should easily last a long time while inviting wild birds to your yard
