Storg and work good
I’ve tried many products and these are the strongest and most durable scratching mats ive had.I have not used the velcro that comes with it , from experience I would say they would do the job. These come with plenty of velcro strips that are wide and full length of the mats.I currently have one that I slid under the mattress and hangs over the box spring where my cats like to attack twice a day. The other one I have laying on the ground and I put nip on it for them. They are a really good size and true to the description, they are a good size even for my larger cat. One thing I quickly learned from buying cat accessories on here is they usually use or edit the size of the cats in pictures to make the product look bigger.I will be buying more and I will also hang some at the corners of walls and probably on one of the doors they scratch at when they want outside. Will write a review after I know how they do.

Cats Like it
It falls off the wall if you uae the velcro – but if you nail or screw it up, its great! I use it on the floor and cats like it.

Works well but won’t stick
Works great and blends with couch well. However I did need to get extra couch pins to hold it in place. I sprinkled cat nip on it in the beginning to get the cats to use them.

Just what I needed
This Gray Cat Scratching Mat Sisal, 2 Pack worked very nicely for us. We are happy. The cat is happy.I was attracted to this item because it had Gray option and the size. I am not disappointed. It comes with curly corkscrew nail things that work really good to attach it to the sides of the couch / sofa / fabric covered furniture. I used some of these.I also used 3 or 4 of my own 20mm nails hammered in where there is solid wood to nail into. I’m sure those will hold until they are pulled out with a hammer claw. I did this previously with my carpet strips I tried but shredded terribly as seen in my before and after pic of Kat’s (our cat’s) couch. Trust me, with this Gray Scratching Mat over the arms the way they are it looks a lot better than without because the fabric underneath the carpet got shredded. I think this Gray Sisal Scratching pad will last much much longer. It comes with a lot of strips of tape on one side and velcro on the other. A lot. I didn’t use any so I have a lot for projects now I guess. Maybe go around to all the paintings and wall hangings and put a piece on back so they stay straight or something. Guess I’ll have to go online and see what people come up to do with velcro tape…

Good for when your cat wants to scratch walls.

My cat loves these
My cat loves these scratch pads. They are durrable and hold up over time. I do not recommend putting them on a wall as the adhesive on the velcro strips is VERY strong. I needed to remove one I had put on the wall and it pulled through the paint and drywall paper. Otherwise it is a good purchase.
