Perfect for my two Dachshunds!
I have a mini dachshund who weighs about 10 pounds named Cutie Pie and a “Tweener” who is ½ min and ½ standard, about 18 pounds named Dolly. My mother is in Memory Care and loves her visits from both until someone with zero dog sense allowed her toddler to walk up on Cutie Pie with her hand out, while I was saying “She’s a puppy and not used to children.” Cutie Pie was reported to the Care Center as “aggressive,” because she barked while backing away and was barred from entering without being in a carrier and not allowed out of said carrier except in my Mom’s room. As I am physically limited, this was too difficult for me to manage on my own, which made my Mom SAD. Wrong. So I looked for a better option.THIS IS PERFECT.It come assembled except for the wheels, folded flat. Adding the wheels adds about 2 inches, making it the size of a small soft side overnight bag, so is easy to store. The handle is telescoped into the frame and pulls out easily, and easily reverses back away. The sides are mesh with solid covers. The ends zip, allowing for quick assembly. The straps and handles make it easy for even me to lift, even I to and out of the car. I opened up the top, dropped Cutie Pie in, zipped it shut and went out the door, down my ramp and too my car, then into my car all by myself. And Cutie Pie seemed to be fine with it all. It is spacious enough and sturdy enough to take both dogs together. Tomorrow morning, I can make Mom happy again. She does not remember many, many things, but always remembers Cutie Pie. Not being able to have Cutie visit was hard on everyone. This allows that, is well made, easy to use, and is a great price. Something not as nice was twice the price at a local pet shop. It is well worth the price.My third dog, Mars, is half Jack Russell and half hellhound. He is not sure it is going to be good for him. We will see. Vet visits are approaching.I have been looking for a better option (besides barring little children)

I got this for my fifteen pound cat to comfortably travel in the car, or to the vet. I used it to evacuate my cats during a recent hurricane too. If you are planning a long road trip, this is perfect.The good:great sizeversatile – can use with the wheels or without; has a hand strap to carryplush removable lining on the floorgreat for car travelcan fit two average size cats, a kitten litter, or a large catThe not so good:the size can be beneficial but also cumbersome for short term use, like a vet tripthere are many zippers and my cat actually easily unzipped the top – I suggest using cable zip ties to “lock” the zippersthe divider seems unnecessarynot great for cats that will tear at the sides of a carrier – this should be obviousOverall it’s a convenient carrier, just be careful with the multiple zippered openings if you have a cat that likes to try to escape.

Lifesaver for moving
I struggled to find two good rolling carriers for my cats, 20-lb Ellie Mae and 10-lb Bob. I ended up with two of these carriers, which are big enough for Ellie Mae to stretch out. I added a thin folded quilt to the bottom of each for their comfort. We traveled three days and other than some protesting from Ellie Mae every time I slowed down to under 45 mph (!), they got through it only slightly traumatized. They roll easily – I was able to push Bob’s carrier and pull Ellie Mae’s carrier when we moved in and out of our nightly accommodations. We are now in our new home and neither cat will go anywhere near them, so I’ll store them for future vet visits.

my cat made a hole in the screen on the top entry mesh first use.
bought this so i could take multiple cats to vet at once. first time out i took my two most calm cats. One tore a hole in the top mesh within the 15 min ride to the vet. luckily not big enough to escape but if she had chose to keep pulling at it she would have. I am going to repair it and reinforce all mesh with a double sided screen repair kit. Very disappointed about this. BUT, the size is good, the ease in wheeling and assembly was good. I do like this product, I just wish i didn’t have to repair something I just bought. and FYI i have used mesh sided carriers in the past and not had this issue.
