Very well made, and a favorite toy for many cats
These are great toys for cats that like to incorporate prey behavior in play. They are made solid. The string is 18-24″ long and stretches. There is a bell tied to the string down by the mouse for auditory stimulation during play. The stick is about 15″ long and has a hole in the end so the string ties on solid. The mouse toy part is made with sisal material and seems pretty solid. I could see rought cats chewing the feathers off pretty easy, but the toy would still be useable and attractive for your cat to play with. You can drag it around like a wand toy, or let the mouse swing in circular motions in the air. My cat prefers the latter.You get three toys for price which is nice to have back ups for cats that are rougher and may eventually destroy the toy. Or you can share the other two with friends who are pet lovers or donate them to a locat shelter (my plan).Pros:1. Solid construction of mouse toy, stick has hole in the end to better attach string2. Will keep repurchasing – sturdy and great value for money
These toys are our catsâ favorite toys. Our most active cat wants to play with them every day and he plays ROUGH. Each mouse lasts about a month for us. After about three months, we are purchasing a new pack. The mice are absolutely shredded from his claws, but the stick and the string are still firmly attached. We will keep repurchasing.

I am ordering another set because my cat goes bananas for this toy. The elastic is the best part for her because she loves to bite it and run away as far as she can get then chase it after it springs out of her mouth. It is definitely not very durable, but to be fair that might be my cat and her aggressive form of play.

i will buy these again
these came three to a package, three wands for what i would usually pay for one, and my cat likes them. the string is long and very bouncy, it comes wrapped around the stick, so you can use the string at the 2″ length or undo it for about an 18″ length. she likes the bounce. it would be okay with a little less bounce, though. these are very simple and clean-looking. my cat doesn’t rip things up ferociously, yet loves to play, so i expect these to last for a long time and give her lots of playtime. she tends to drag her wands around. i got them to hang on 3 of her 6 big cat trees that are scattered throughout the house and patio. other wands are used this way, and she plays with them and pulls them down, i place them in the box area with a blanket over them to hold them in, but she roots them out where they lay useless on the floor until put up again in a repeating cycle. it floats her boat. i guess they are her prey.

This is not a fun review to write but if can save even 1 person/kitty from my experience it will be worth it2 cat family. 1 cat absolutely loved this toy so much so that I was willing to overlook the fact that all three toys fell apart within one day of play. I repaired the toys daily. I switched out the wooden wands for a plastic one once the elastic detached. I wrapped the mice with cotton string as they shredded immediately exposing thread and cotton stuffing. I double knotted the elastic string back together every time it broke.I feel like an idiot after what befell the kitty who didnât even play with this toySomehow a piece of the broken elastic string escaped my sight and unbeknownst to me kitty ingested a 6â piece of the elasticShe threw up numerous times , couldnât keep water down, became so lethargic after 8 hrs I knew something was terribly wrong…ended up at emergency vet hospital. X-ray identified a foreign object in her gutFortunately they were able to remove it via endoscopy, thereby avoiding the need of an invasive surgery.She was in hospital 36 hours total cost $4,700.00I am beyond grateful that she is okI never realized that many toys marketed for pets can be very dangerousEven if kitty had not ended upIn the ER this toy is not durable enough to be safe.

6 Cats, 3-Days…The End ='(
I have 6 Cats, all 10-Years or older, and this 3-pack product did not last more than 3-days. The mice are cute/playable, the bell is loud enough, but the key component (the attachment to the wooden wand) is absolutely no good. The 1st one ripped/detached in less than 10 minutes of play. The 2nd one lasted about 30 minutes of intense playtime…and the 3rd has suffered the same fate today. I’d love to give this product 5-Stars due to the nice design of the mouse, the very elastic string (goes pretty far and is quick to respond to hand movements), but the darn thing will not stay attached and rips very easily. Please REDESIGN the attachment to make it nondetachable, and then you’ll have a SOLID 5-Stars.

My kitten will play for hours
If I would keep dangling this toy for my kitten she could go for hours. She absolutely loves this. I keeping one in my office and one in the living room and I still have a spare!
