So far I am loving this product. The mat was very easy to measure and cut. I love the grid on the back to make sure it’s straight. It sticks so well to our furniture. Our cats have done a number on our couch over the years and this is a beautiful solution. For us, the color matches our couch pretty well so it isn’t immediately noticable, way less noticeable than the scratched up corners! I’ll be purchasing more to cover more areas.

It does a good decent job, but since you buy the role, you can always replace it. Itâs an inexpensive way to keep the kitties from ruining your sofa. The kitties when they scratch it because we have five I love cats and just wanted to protect the couch it works, but itâs not the best, I would recommend it if you needed some quick remedy just to make your couch look good for like the holidays. Got this for my cats to save my couch!
We bought a new couch this year and we have cats…so I wanted to save the couch from scratches. This color doesn’t really match the couch but it’s kept the couch protected from the animals. It is sticky and does not remove. Granted, I have not tried to remove it.

Issues with Removal adhesive layer
This fabric cover had some good points, durability, neutral color, and doesn’t harm furniture. But very hard time removing the clear plastic covering that goes over sticky backing. I managed to get some of the clear covering off, but not all of it. Good idea but needs improvement. No directions of any sort.

Crooked.
Ordered two days ago and was impatiently waiting, once delivered I immediately stuck to couch because my cats are menaces. Come to figure out that the pieces are different sizes and cut way crooked. I cannot lay the piece flush with my couch because it angles upwards like in my picture. It stuck well but this is also the first day so weâll see. I do have my hopes up for this product however was extremely disappointed when it stuck on at an angle. Just didnât seem like it was measured and cut correctly.

Not for our cats, and not the texture I expected.
I thought based on photos and reviews that these adhesive scratching pads would have a rougher texture to encourage cats to scratch them, but they’re actually quite soft with very subtle ridges. Unfortunately this is not enough to entice our cats when they have textured rugs and furniture to scratch instead (the very items we’d hoped to save in purchasing this product). Perhaps it was a misunderstanding on our part. The adhesive certainly works well, as do the pins to secure it to fabric. I just wish our cats were interested, because this would be a very convenient way to repair scratching boards or easily create new ones. Sadly it seems to have been a waste of money for us, and we’ll have to try other options.

I bought a cat âwoodâ tree that came with removable mats, and the mats were too slippery and not great quality. So I bought this stuff instead to stick to the platforms to hep my cats traverse the tree more comfortably and without slipping. It works like a charm! It was easy to cut out, peel and stick (although it took a minute to find the layer to peel), and it seems to stick really well to this type of surface. So far it also seems to stand up to wear and tear. One pack was enough to cover these spots on the cat tree. I imagine this would work well anywhere your cats wants to scratch, or if you need any extra traction for your kitty so they donât slip!
