Great!
My kitten loves this! It triggers her hunting instincts while giving me the funniest videos. Gray for a young cat. Will say the top part with the feather comes off easily.

It would be nice to have an adjustable opening for different sized treats
My cat loves interactive toys. As a Russian Blue mix, she is very active and enjoys ‘chasing’ the mouse around the garage. Our dog also enjoys the toy, which is why it remains in our garage, where the cat is the only one who can play with it. In any case, my only complaint is that the opening isn’t suited to a variety of cat treats. She likes the Temptation brand treats, and the opening isn’t large enough to accommodate these, so I end up trying to cut them down and putting them inside or adding dry food to the toy. Otherwise, this is a wonderful toy and well worth the money if you have a cat that enjoys the ‘chase.’ The feather is a great feature, and they include an extra feather to change out when the first one is destroyed. Also, with it being operated by touch, I don’t have to change the batteries all the time. In fact, I bought this in July, and I still haven’t had to change the batteries, and she plays with it quite a bit. Overall, a great product in the Catit line.

It assaulted my cat.
I thought this would be a fun toy for my treat-obsessed new adoption, but alas, it didn’t work out.She was nervous about approaching this ominous, feather-topped egg, but she could smell the tantalizing aroma of treats inside. So she cautiously approached, one paw in front of the other, and sniffed carefully at the base of it.And that’s when it whirled into action, slapped her in the face, then spun around again to whack her in the eye.The cat fled in terror, one eye watering, and hid in the bedroom for the rest of the night. She refused to get near it, despite it pooping out a trail of cat treats as it staggered drunkenly across the room. After a few weeks, I gave up hoping she would get over her fear of it, and packed up the Catit Terrorbot to send to a friend with a more fearless feline. Some cats will love this, I’m sure, but not my scaredy-cat.

Disappointing
Waste of money. Does NOT function properly. Sooo disappointing.

Worked well!
I think Cleo was a bit frightened by the toy. But maybe it was a good stimulus for her.

Cats love it, but it is not durable enough for cats. Disappointing.
My two cats love this toy. They were immediately interested in it and it holds their attention for a good while, especially if it has treats in it. But it is not durable at all. By the end of the first day, my cats had torn the fabric covering leaving holes and snags all over it. The feather dangle lasted a week before one of my boys had chewed it into pieces. It does come with a replacement, but that will only last a week or so as well. It’s pretty expensive for how easily the cats can destroy it. I’m really disappointed, but giving it 3 stars because the cats do enjoy it.

Great way to give my cat treats.
I love using this to put treats in. My cat has fun getting them out. Good stimulation for my baby boy.

Gracie is not very good at amusing herself and loves to play with people so I was relieved to finally find a top she plays with on her own. I put some of her regular crunchy food in it with 3 or 4 of her small treats which keeps her engaged longer. I also have one of their scratching post and it is of superior quality.

Quite a calm spin for a cat to play with. I find a lot of cat toys are too fast but this flicks at a steady rate. Toy is quiet when operating and stops when not being played with. Only thing against it is because its batteries and not rechargeable USB but the batteries seem to be lasting quite well and toy can be switched off when not used. There is space underneath for treats to fall out but I haven’t used it for this.

It worked great, it uses 3 double A batteries (not included). You really need to read the instructions. The cat was scared of its movements but it moves great so it dispenses the treats. Feels good quality.
