They donât stick but work well
I thought they stuck on, but Iâm glad they donât so I can easily move them around quickly as needed, my dogs have NOT tried to tear them up like the others. These work well and absorb better than I could have dreamed, very thick. Itâs a heavy duty version of the blue ones, I use 4 in a corner if I have to leave my small pups for more than a few hours, yet to miss it!! No smell or mess, zero leakage, just replace and keep moving.

Works similarly as a regular potty pad
The pad itself is good, however, the edge could use a little work. I’ve searched everywhere to find something that will prevent the pee from going underneath the pad when my toy poodle goes on the corner. I have no idea why she does this but my mom’s dog does the same thing. I almost think having the pad part go all of the way to the corner and like 5 inches underneath would help but she’s smaller so I don’t worry about overflow. I had high hopes but I’m still searching. It does the job but I’m not sure it’s much different than regular pads in my situation. Went to take a photo and it’s right in the middle this time…yay! Lol.

Sturdy and cut the odor significantly
We had only been using standard puppy pads with an old incontinent cat. The urine smell was really strong. Plus the nails on the cat were shredded the pads. Tried the charcoal pads just to see. Smell was cut by probably 75% or more. The folded edges kept the fluid from leaking beyond the pad and they last much longer with the cats nails. I am a big fan!

I have been using another brand, but my puppies are somehow inclined to pee on the corners of the pee pad. I thought this extended corner would be the perfect solution.First off, how are you supposed to keep the pad from moving when the dogs are playing? There is no adhesive to maintain this in place. I have been putting tape on them, yes on them, I am putting 4 at a time to cover more area. It is a bit annoying putting all that tape. I am not sure why I thought theyâd be bigger. The XL has the same exact measurement as the large one Iâve been using.Secondly, yes it is absorbent and it does work with odor better than the other ones Iâve tried, but that extended corner, in my case (which might not be yours), it did not work. As mentioned, the tend to pee on the edge and if they get too close, the pee on top of the extended border and it spills over the floor.If your dogs donât play around the pee pad, and go exactly to the center of it, youâll be fine. Maybe once they grow up and start to settle down, I could consider these again.
