one cool treat: need to soothe an anxious pet, reward great behavior, or just slow down mealtime a bit? the chill fill is a fun, engaging pet toy that accomplishes all of the above, and it comes in three sizes to treat almost any loving pup!
“Frozen Feeding”: Just fill the treater with kibble, add a bit of water and store it in the freezer. The next time your loyal pooch deserves a reward, you’ll have one ready to go!
natural rubber: the chill fill is made of durable, non-toxic natural rubber. it’s spongy but resilient, easy on your pet’s gums but still withstands regular chomping as he tries to get out every last bit of kibble.
safety vent: your dog’s mouth may as well be his hand, and it’s worth protecting. chew king products are all designed with a safety air vent at the bottom – it keeps happy tongues from getting stuck when trying to enjoy a treat!
dishwasher safe: whenever the chill fill gets a bit too grimy, cleanup couldn’t be easier. just toss it on the top rack of your dishwasher, hit go and, voila, it’s ready for treating again.

Exceeded my expectations!
What a great toy for the price! Tough, thick, chewable material! Filled it with PB, and froze it, the dog loves it and it lasted quite a while!

sturdy toy that bounces, easy filling, easy cleaning, Large is good size for all my dogs
As others have mentioned, the shape makes it easier to work with and clean over the Kongs. These still have some bounce, and my dogs like playing with these even if there is nothing in them. Maybe the essence of treats makes it continually appeal to them.As for cleaning, I haven’t had any problem giving them a good hand wash. A bottle brush will pretty much take care of it, or the Kong brush, or even just a good soak. I haven’t tried it in the dishwasher yet.Filling is easy as is storing in freezer if that that is what you wish to do.I have a wide assortment of treat holders like this from various companies in various shapes and sizes. This has been an extra nice addition to their ridiculously huge array of enrichment toys.My 3 dogs:I have a 105 lb large yellow English lab, 7 years old. Not huge into food, or treat toys, but will occasionally take one to lord over his younger siblings. Size is good for him.75 lbs (and counting) 8 months old American yellow lab puppy. Size is good for her,50 lb mega mix. 1.6 years old. No idea what she is. Small face, big rump roast. Should be 40 lbs (we’re working on it). Size is good for herI bought tww of these toys, but going to buy two more.

Lasts forever
I got two XL for my rough collie and golden retriever and I’d say it’s the perfect size, anything smaller I’d worry about them not being able to lick the inside.Filled mine with a mix of soaked kibble, peanut butter, and pumpkin then froze it. It’s lasted over an hour now which is significantly longer then frozen kongs last ever last.Perfect if you need to burn off energy or keep them busy.

Great for slow feeding and stimulation
I purchased the XL for my 50 lbs. husky. He LOVES it. I pack it with his wet food and freeze for the following morning. One frozen cup of his food took him more than an hour to finish – I like this because he is alone when I am at work and it helps tucker him out.I combine this with a snuffle pad and it is like he had a great brain exercise while Iâm away. Heâs happy and so am I. Definitely added life value. My only complaint is Iâm not a big fan of the small hole on the bottom. Iâm sure itâs there for a reason, but I filled it once with water and carrots/freeze dried kibble and it made a mess as it thawed. Itâs definitely great for wet food – not nearly as messy. Otherwise keep it plugged. Maybe a cork plug could be added by the manufacturer instead of the customer using tape? Or some type of plug that is friendly if ingested on accident. Either way, tape isnât a big deal but I donât leave him alone if there is tape on the bottom.

Great toy but unnecessarily hard to fill
I usually fill my Kong-style toys by using a piece of saran wrap and a rubber band to plug the smaller bottom hole before adding liquid, but because this one has words and symbols all over it, any liquid seeps up through those grooves and makes a total mess. I have other toys from Chew King and they all only have the logo printed into them in one spot, so I’m not sure why this one is different, but it’d definitely get 5 stars if it at least came with a plug.

Good for power chewers
I have a power chewer. He can tear through the red Kongs pretty fast. His black Kongs have done much better, and last several months to a year. This product falls between those for us, and my dog loves it!

I put frozen food with water in it she has been going for over an hour. Worth the price!!

My dog loves it when I fill this with his dry food, add water and freeze! It’s a puzzle for him and he loves chewing on it too. It arrived fast with no issues! He loves to bring it outside so we often have to look around the yard to see where he left it.

My dogs love it, keeps them entertained for half an hour!It is alarming how many people are blocking the small hole and filling it up with water to freeze. The hole is there for a reason!! It prevents suction, which can cause serious injury to a dog! You must have both holes unblocked… that is why the instructions are to wet the food (allow the excess water to drain out the small hole) and then freeze, not fill the Kong with water and then freeze.Wetting the food will cause bits to freeze together to prevent it all just falling out the hole so there is still some challenge to the dog, but still allow air to pass through and prevent suction.Only problem with it is that it’s quite heavy.

It is as good as Kongs would get, but cheaper in price and adds a challenge for my pup witb the variety in shape!

Usually it takes my dog about 15 minutes to get through a frozen Kong, but itâs been over 30 and she is still only 2/3 of the way through. I plug the hole at the bottom and fill it with kibble and water, pop it in the freezer, and itâs good to go. Super happy with this purchase!
