(1). If the Beep function can work normally, only the Spray function can’t work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (fill it from the Inflation valve instead of the Spray valve).
(2). If all functions don’t work, the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together correctly before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).
(3). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the spray valve with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.
(4). Maybe the sensitivity is too low when using the Auto anti-bark mode, so it can’t sense the dog’s barking. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level.
(5). When using the “Auto anti-bark mode”, the collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, it sprays the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

Turn off the collar first, set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly (important) press the nozzle down into the refill port until you feel a sinking. How The Remote Control Matches Two Collars? [ Does not include the second collar in package]
To add a receive collar to your remote dog training system, please follow below steps. Only turn on 1 collar at a time to connect then follow below steps for the 2nd collar if required.
Step 1: Take out 1 unmatched receive collar. Press and hold “ON/OFF” button. After two “beep” sounds, release the button, the power of receiver is on.
Step 2: Take out the transmitter. Press and hold on the Dog 1 button ( within 10 seconds after turn on the unmatched collar ) until hearing 5 “beeps” sound from the receiver then release. If you want to match the second dog collar, press and hold on the Dog 2 button.
Note: You should press and hold on Dog 1 button or Dog2 button within 10 seconds after turn on the unmatched receive collar. Otherwise you have to turn off receive collar then turn it on again to match .
Step 3: Test matched Receiver press Dog1 button one time, if you can see the red led flash 1time from the matched receive collar then congratulations, you have matched the first receive collar. You can also press Beep button1time to test, will hear 1 sound warning beep from the matched receive collar.

Fantastic Product! Worked for my Dogs
For my dogs (a 70 lb golden retriever age 6, a 50 lb weimaraner mix age 3, and a maltipoo age 1 at 9 lbs), these collars worked to stop my dogs from barking and worked quickly. In less than a week, the dogs had stopped barking at passing people and dogs. I would put the collars on the dogs for about an hour before using the citronella spray. I also made sure to use one consistent command and to praise each dog immediately after that particular pup stopped barking. I used the collars on only the MANUAL setting with the provided remote. The remote was important because I did not want to risk the barking of one dog setting off the collars of the other dogs when in automatic mode. I only used the training features of the collars inside the house. My one suggestion to the companyâ¦.manufacture a remote that could work with three collars so that I would not need to wear two remotes around my neck.

Iâm going to be brutal here
Look if you think that shock collars are inhumane or whatever thatâs fine youâre entitled to your opinion . They are however an industry standard training tool that works well. And if youâre a great trainer you wonât even need the shock function ever anyway .This product is aimed squarely at people who think shock is inhumane . Sure we use it for livestock and even ourselves . Intact like most people I use something on my self before I use it on my pet .This is where my issue lies. I used this on my self and found it to be way more inhumane than a mild zap in my opinion . I feel like the sudden burst of spray in the face can be used to train a dog sure but itâs the beep and the vibrate that most trainers really use . I hated getting sprayed in the face with something I have to refill too⦠ugh itâs inhumane and disposable single use bad for the environment.Again these are my opinions about the whole issue .It does as itâs advertised it works. Iâm not sure if getting maced in the face is any less human than a controllable zap but if i hated it I definitely am not using it on my dog . This doesnât even factor in the fact that youâre maxing an area . What about the innocent bystanders?

Loved this product but buckle got stuck.
This product has been my saving grace after 6 years of a yappy dog. Every morning my dog loves to whineeeee until I let her out. Iâve tried positive reinforcement and medication and nothing ever worked to calm her down. This worked after one night! Amazing! Worked for my husky!Only negative is that the buckle became defective and got stuck on my dog. Product instructions say not to leave on for more than 8 hours at a time. I had to cut the collar off my dog to ensure her safety. Bummer. Product would not be replaced by Amazon but I am receiving a refund for the defect.

Problem Solved
I have been having such trouble stopping my dogs from barking at other dogs and people waking by when we go RVing. They go crazy!!I have used three other brands of collars which beep and vibrate with only marginal benefit. I cannot bring myself to turn on the shock.Seriously after only 1 day with these spray collars my three dogs are calm and able to watch other dogs and people pass by our spot. Sure they popped off initially when they saw another dog but they got a beep and a spray. Thatâs all it took. I think one spray each and now they know. Now the beep letâs them know that a spray is coming and they calm down.Finally a viable solution. Also the system works with a microphone so nothing is pressing into the neck. Havenât notice any false alarms with the collars on my other dogs when one starts to bark. A simple beep is now all it takes now.

Does not seem to be at all waterproof. Tricky for a Golden Retriever that likes to go in the water. So for the most part, it hasn’t worked at all.
