The product is exactly as advertised. I gave 4 stars only because it’s pretty hard to guess how much citronella you need to put in. We’ve got a 50 pound lab mix with some serious mouthing issues and needed a fast way to break him because he was terrorizing my Shiatzu mix and son. I was worried the citronella might not work well for him since he’s so big, but one hit was all it took for him to take “no” a little more seriously. I love that you can modify how loud the beep is, and how long it vibrates. Honestly, if you’ve got a big pup that needs something to refocus their attention, this collar is great. If your pup is like ours, you won’t need much citronella. We’ve only had it for a week so I can’t speak to how well it will hold up, but so far, we’re quite happy.
