Really works!
My cat eats quickly and all at once. Then she will go and get sick from eating too fast. It was an endless cycle! Sheâs used this for 6 meals so far and itâs significantly slowed her down AND she hasnât gotten sick! One of my cat eats so fast that half the time he pukes. I bought this dish in hopes it would slow him down. It works great! Its shallow enough he can get to the food . I use both wet and dry food and he has no problems eating. It washes easily and he cant move it aound. I would recommend this dish.

Needed something to slow down my cats eating and this did the trick. My cat would consume her food so fast you would think she has never eaten. This made her vomit a lot and very often. I tried doing less or small portions during the day instead of once a day. This made her eat so much slower that she actually eats it throught the day instead of all at once. So far she hasn’t vomited once so it Great in my book for anyone that has your pet eating to fast problem.

Great buy for the price
We bought it for our fast eating Shih Tzu puppy, She was about 3/4 month when we got it, she is almost 10 months now and she still uses it. Itâs held up great. No discoloration. Doesnât slow her down as much anymore but still helps. It does slide around a bit still. Make sure you are going in with a good brush and cleaning well between the tab things.

My big fluffy man, Soup, used to eat way too fast and would always vomit after every meal. I never had an issue with toast eating too fast but soup will eat out of her bowl as well so I had to make sure both bowls are slow feeders. (Real cat parents know, lol)As soon as I swapped our standard bowls out for these, soup only has hairballs now and I don’t feel like our food is going to waste! (And let’s not kid ourselves, I was getting sick of cleaning up soggy cat food multiple times a day)The shallow depth of these bowls makes them feel like they are whisker fatigue friendly and they match our aesthetic and are a sturdy silicone. For only ten bucks these are a real steal and I recommend them to everyone who asks about them. Although it makes eating a little more of a chore for them, they’re still easily able to get their kibble out until the bowl is completely empty. Please do yourself a favor and give these a try because they’ve really changed the game for us.

silicone may be easy to bite off
tried it for my cat and she chewed off the cat ears on the bowl, and left a lot of deep bite marks on the bowl itself and is starting to rip after one use. she was able to eat off of it no problem, the design is great and definitely slowed down her eating. but, if your cat likes chewing on things, or is stupid, i wouldnât recommend.

Our cat is a pig when it comes to eating. Gobbles everything like she is starving (which she is NOT!). Then because she doesn’t chew her food, decides to PUKE all over everything.So it said (or led us to believe) this fish-dish would force the cat to “SLOW DOWN” regarding eating.So we purchased it. At first, she (i.e. our cat) looked at this fish-dish as in a state of perpetual confusion, and didn’t want anything to do with it, BUT our strategy is to out-smart our cat’s strategy (due to the simple justification that) …1. There is no reason for our cat to be a pig in the first place, and the vet even said she was slightly overweight…. so she is not starving here… just sayin’.2. We are sick of cleaning up puke of un-chewed cat food (even after trying at least 4 or 5 different brands of high quality…. and supposed cat nutritious food for sensitive stomach.So, we decided if she wants to be a pig… so be it…. but she will have to work alot harder at it, since the fish-dish evenly distributes her food in the squiggly groves, she has to work at getting every morsel out of the fish-dish… AND THIS TAKES TIME, and attenuates her fetish-pig-urges regarding a feeding frenzy. so…..CHECKMATE ! …and game over !We think the fish-dish is working, or at least helps. THANK YOU !!! We were getting tired of purchasing carpet cleaner and shampooing the carpet (then repeat). So now, we can spend more time being humans than manipulated-slave-servant(s) to our loving cat.So if your cat thinks it can manipulate you, with a food-frenzy-piggish-lifestyle…and reward you with its PUKE, perhaps give it an attitude adjustment (like we did) with this fish-dish.And no, we are not the manufacturer of the fish-dish so we don’t guarantee anything and it’s just our “opinion”. The small one is a good size for cats, soft and flexible to allow him to dig in there. Cats don’t like change (especially this guy) and this is his first time eating out of a slow feeder so I’m training him. I put extra kibble down flat to add a layer of height to train him (attached a pic), he’s learning well. I really like the dish!
