My boyfriend and I use these to practice all of our punches and kicks. Weâve used them for three 1 hr practice sessions over the past month and they show no sign of wear or tear. I feel protected when taking full powered kicks with these pads. Havenât tried out the hand targets yet bc we like to do kicks too and just use the forearm pads for that too. We are excited to use the hand pads when we focus on precision though. Excited! Also this was a gem bc it came as a pair!

We are using these to help train my daughter in Taekwondo and they work great. Theyâre exactly what I would expect and theyâre holding up nicely. The only minor issue is with the smaller pads, it almost feels like two right hand pads, but itâs fine. It not a big enough issue for me not to recommend the product.
