Very good shower head. I have bought three!
I have to say that it’s changed our household and solved a very big problem of having one shower and one bathtub and two people who both like showers and separate bathrooms. The key is the installation, and it may take a few times to secure it just right. Trust me, you will have a few “Jerry Lewis” moments with water spouting all over the place, but once it’s installed right, it works great. The key is to use an adjustable O-clamp (they’re like two bucks at hardware stores) and secure the clamp over the part that goes over the tub faucet. Use a flat head screw driver and tighten the heck out of the clamp–I mean really screw it on tight. My place was built in the early 1980’s and has a typical square opening faucet. It was tough to get it to fit but if you move it side to side and apply pressure, it eventually fits over the spout. Sit in the tub when you do this, not from the side. If you need the shower head to secure to the shower wall, for about 12 bucks you can buy a fixture that sticks on just about any surface and holds the nozzle in place. Once you get that nozzle positioned in the right direction, don’t ever touch it again; leave well enough alone or it will fall off. Also, if your home has high water pressure (the kind that takes your freckles off), turn the shower on slowly instead of just cranking it on full power at first. If you can do this, you will convert your tub into a great shower for under 30 bucks! If the manufacturer is reading this, the instructions are bleak at best and should add installation tips so people won’t toss this simple but true device and complain that they “were had.” It’s a great product but it needs a little TLC.

Worked great for about 5 months. Flowed very nicely. Don’t turn the pressure up real high in the beginning days it will force it off. Make sure the hose is pointed down and not up. I have a standard tub spout. After 3 months the head did start slipping off the hose that also was due to high pressure. Will purchase a new one.

Fits Standard & Decorative Faucets Both
We love this sprayer for our jet tub in the lavatory. We still have 4 young little girls all with hip length hair excepting one and they love taking bubble baths. It’s difficult to find a sprayer that will fit on a decorative fixture but after doing some reading, I decided that for the price and convenience of using my Prime Account to try this out on the larger decorative type faucet in the tub and to see how well it works. My girls were ecstatic to be using the tub on a school night and as soon as it came I eagerly opened the package and was at first disappointed that it didn’t seem to fit at all on the faucet. After warming up the plastic in hot water, I slowly but VERY firmly stretched the plastic over the faucet. You may have to hold on tightly to the base of the faucet while sheathing the apparatus over the metal. It might take around five minutes depending on how large the faucet is and in our case, the faucet is not only large but has a decorative style to it. Hot water was the key to wrenching it on…that and a lot of patience. However, because the plastic is so pliable with hot water, be careful not to turn up the spigot pressures as this will blow the sprayer right off again. We did not need near the water we had been using to wash all our babies after buying the sprayer for their hair. It works very well! The end of the sprayer can twist off, too, so in case you just needed a hose without the spray nozzle you can easily twist off the end and use that to help wash the tub, to hurry along the hair washing process (I like using it without the sprayer nozzle just to hurry things along for myself). The only drawback to this device I noted was that if you use too much water by turning on the spigots too high is that like I mentioned earlier, the device will fling right off the faucet. However, this product doesn’t need much water to be great because the whole unit works very well without the spigots being on full blast. I expect that with our large family I may have to invest in another one by the next year but THIS was a very sweet deal and the whole fam is bathing happily ever after! 😊

For the last 9 years I have wanted something like this! Shortly after moving in, we realized how handy it was to have a hose attachment for the bathtub by NOT having one. We could put our 3 young kids in the tub, but couldn’t properly rinse soap off, particularly if we washed their long hair. Instead, we would dump a bucket over them, but that wasn’t as good as rinsing with clean water.And once they got out, the rings in the tub were terrible because we couldn’t rinse the tub.I looked at replacing the faucet, but not only would that have been much more expensive, there wasn’t an easy option due to the design of the tub.This works AWESOME!!! It fits tightly without leaks, even though the faucet is rectangular instead of round. I’m so glad to have this!
