Well put together – Dogs loved it
We had always used stainless steel bowls that we placed on the ground. As our Bernese Mountain Dogs aged, though, we could tell that they were starting to struggle with back and neck problems. These elevated bowls have worked great. They bring the food and water up high enough that they don’t have to strain to get it. The product is well made, and the fact that it is collapsible was a bonus.

easily portable stand with collapsing bowls
The most applaudable thing to me about this assembly is that the stand and the bowls can collapse so that they are flat, which makes it a brilliant travel solution for our canine travel companion (a medium-sized Aussie). You can actually fold the legs in and under the stand. I was able to do so and still fit in the bowls at a shallower depth with just a bit of difficulty. In two photos, the stand is at its lowest setting (the lowermost hole), as I didn’t realize until putting it away that it could raise a couple of clicks higher, with three holes total. The height works for my 40 lb Aussie, though she is not yet too keen on this setup, as she is ridiculously picky about her food (she prefers to “recline and dine” vs. stand or sit while she eats). This isn’t a reason for the stand’s rating, as I’m sure that many dogs would adapt to this just fine, especially for travel.I’d also like to note that I was impressed by each bowls’ depth. This could potentially be especially useful for water, as it holds quite a lot of water while not approaching the height of the bowl, thus minimizing the splash factor. They expand accordion-like three times, and are deeper than other silicone travel bowls I’ve tried in the past. However, the stand is quite flimsy. That was actually the second thing my husband said when he happened to come in the room while I was trying it out. (The first was “That’s clever”!) I would have liked the stand to have more weight or stand more solidly on the ground somehow, as my dog will topple this right over with just a nudge of her nose, especially since it has a fold in the middle for optimal storage that comes up easily in a triangle shape. (Not ideal for a hotel.) I imagine that it would be quite rickety at its uppermost height. But I do realize adding weight or some other means of greater stability might compromise the portability component. It occurs to me that if the bowls are full, they might be a bit more resistant, so I’ll experiment with that. Overall, it’s a good design for a reasonable price, especially if your dog doesn’t have a habit of upending bowls and scattering food about! We will use it on our next trip.

Versatile Bowl Set, but Not Friendly for all Smaller Dogs
I have been using a traditional bowl set on the ground for a while now. Unfortunately that setup was welcoming ants to find our dogs food as well. We got this dish to get his food and water off of the ground and Free him from ingesting any extra ant protein as part of his meal. The good:The dishes are made of a silicone material and are easy to clean and collapse/expand. The dish setup does collapse and fold. It easy easy to setup and take town as needed although we just use it as his permanent arrangement. The legs are adjustable in height and makes it versatile for a lot of dogs but with a caveat. The overall dish setup has been in place for us over a month now and has worked great. It is worth the price, and for us, it has eliminated the ant problem which made this our permanent setup. The bad:While the dish stand is versatile, we have a Frenchy and he found himself a bit too short for this. He is still just barely able to reach everything but needs to lift a leg off the ground and we also need to collapse the silicone dishes upward to bring the food and water closer to his mouth. It works for us but just barely. If you have a smaller dog such as a Frenchy, Chihuahua, Corgi, Maltese, etc you may want to be careful with the height as the dish can go taller but not lower for the smaller fur babies.Overall despite the close call on the height this works great and is his daily dining place ridding us of the pests. I would recommend to anyone with similar pest considerations or just as a good water and food bowl set!

Compact when closed, easy to clean, great for any size dog.
I don’t consider my dog “Large”, (he weighs in around 100lbs) but finding a good option for travel and camping was kind of difficult. This elevated bowl was perfect for us. It folds down to the size of a book and so fits neatly in his gear bag. The adjustable legs get the bowl up high enough for him to eat easily. Both of the collapsible silicon bowls pop out easily for cleanup, but also stay firmly in place while he’s eating.

Elevated stand that is portable and easy to clean
It’s a solid built plastic dog bowl stand with near instant setup from folded to ready. The bowls are deep so if you have a smaller dog this might not work. You can partially unfold them but not sure ideal. The excellent description has all the measurements.Things I really like about this stand are- each leg is adjustable so the height and tilt can be dialed in- the bowls are quickly removed / reinserted for cleaning- great to use at home but quickly grab and fold up for travel

    Dog Feeder
I’m so impressed with this portable dog feeder! The quality is great, the plastic is strong and sturdy. I like that the bowls are big and that it can stand higher for taller dogs. This is easy to break down and clean. This will be a perfect dog feeder for camping.
