The PERFECT CAR SEAT! Sturdy, Well Made, Comfortable, Practical, and SAFE!
Dodger is a 8.5 month Havanese. He is basically full grown. He weighs 11.2 lbs. He is about 13 ” long from shoulder to tail. He is about 10.5″ tall from feet to the top of his back. He is considered to be a Small Toy Breed. He is actually quite long when stretched out. This car seat would fit a Chi-Doxie, Toy Poodle, larger Chihuahua, a French Bulldog, etc. I think that medium size dogs could probably fit in this as well- like a Corgi.. My dog is full of the dickens too! This car seat tether strap holds him just fine. He can’t escape too far! LOL. It is very strong, not flimsy. He has discovered the label patch on the front…I don’t know how long it may remain there.. LOL. This car seat is great! It arrived tightly rolled so one must allow an overnight period of time to allow the foam to expand. It did not have any bad odors. It came with a perfect blanket. The foam sides and bottom are very supportive yet cushy. There is a sturdy clip that is hiding inside the underside of the car seat in a pouch. They are on both of the bottom sides of the car seat for the car seat to be anchored on either back seat space of the car. Then there is another sturdy strap that goes around the car seat bottom and around the back of the vehicle’s seat and connects. Then the top of the car seat has the strap to go around the neck head rest of the vehicle. The Tether Strap may be used on either side. I chose the side furthest from the window. My dog can stand in his seat and be at the window without falling or being too far out, so to speak. I read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of pictures and visited my local pet shop…I discovered this one on line and appreciated the few pictures that were posted. Hopefully these pictures help.**** ..We liked this doggy seat so much we bought a second one for the other car.

Great but starting to rip
I absolutely love this bed and so does my dog. Itâs made her feel much more relaxed and safe in the car. Very easy to clean and the perfect size. It even came with a cute blanket. Though it is starting to rip in areas that shouldnât and Iâm not sure how to contact the seller. For the price, I would think this shouldnât happen so soon

Pup loves this!
We have an 8 month old pup and he’s still nervous in the car. This gives him a safe, comfy place to be. It’s very, very soft. The base doesn’t have the best cushion, it’s really a very flat layer but you can always add more as there’s room for it. The bolsters are decent. Love that it is washable and comes with a cute blanket. Also plenty of straps for either the back seat or the back of an SUV. My only reason for giving it a 4 star is it’s much smaller than advertised. I bought the “med/large” and it’s on the small side. Our pup is about 40lbs and it’s fine for now but if he gets too much bigger, he’ll outgrow it. It really should be labeled as medium (30-45lbs). It might fit a larger dog if they are just sitting, but not for laying down.

This was really easy to clean. The zippers are of great quality, they donât feel like it will break. Itâs made to maintain its shape, and the foam is comfortable. Has three seatbelt buckles on the bottom and the top can be easily fastened to the head rest. I would buy this again

Now hear me out.My 1 y/o golden retriever doesnât like being in the car. I donât know if itâs due to the motion, or the fact that he canât get a hang of balancing during turns, but he always threw up when he was in the car (poor baby).Either way, once I got this car seat he stayed in place, stopped throwing up, and LOVES being in the car. Like, there is a visual difference in the way he acts; I can tell heâs happier and heâs way more comfortable when heâs in the back seat now. He hasnât thrown up since I purchased this for him, and he also sleeps like a baby on long car trips which was never the case before.We even bought another one to keep in my boyfriends car so we donât have to constantly move the car seat from one car to the other. Iâve washed it twice and itâs easy to put back together too!If youâre looking to make your dog more comfortable during car rides, I highly recommend this product. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this product!

Kind of a pain to clean
I love this car seat for the size! I have a frenchie so while a smaller one would work, she is entirely way more comfortable in this. In a smaller suv, this takes up a seat and a half. This is also NOT ideal for a pickup with a smaller back seat, as it will hang over the lip of the seat and slide. We learned that the hard way. If it has a full size back seat, you’ll be fine, just no half seats.Another issue is how you clean this. Crumbs and fur accumulate like mad under the bolsters but are easy to vacuum. Problems occur when you remove the cover and wash it. There is a thin fiber mesh stabilizer that makes it slightly difficult to put it back over the foam. I ended up ripping it in places but it has not effected the overall quality. I add a cooling blanket or a fuzzy blanket in winter to keep her warmer. Holds her toys as well so she is fully entertained.

This product came exactly as described. Instructions were clear and installation was super easy. Our dog loves it and curls up comfortably on short and long car rides.This set up is in a 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe and there is still room for an additional backseat passenger.Shipping was slow and delayed, but the product was worth the extra waiting time.
