This is a good kit to try out different brushes on your pet to see what works best. If you have a long haired pet or a dual coated pet, a rake style brush works best & is the only thing Iâd recommend to buy besides this kit.

More combs than you will ever need
This is a great set of combs for my dogs. In fact, it’s got more combs than I will ever use. I bought these originally to help with combing and cutting tear-stained furs around the eyes and mouth. I used the blue and black brushes for these. I also use the smaller comb to brush my dogs daily. The other combs will be used as I come up with need for them.
