Which size should I choose for my dog?

There are 3 size options for medium to large dog breeds. A tip for choosing the right size is to take your dog’s body length (chest to hip) and times 1.5 to compare with the product length. A larger size is usually more comfortable for your dog.

Do I need to put the pad in fridge each time before using it?

This pad does not need power or refrigeration before use. It is self-recharge and will resume its cool sensation after 20-30 minutes of none use. You can also put it in fridge for 10-15 minutes before use for a quicker and stronger cooling effect.

Can I use this product outdoor?

This product can be used outdoor. However direct sunlight will heat up the product as it does to everything else and diminish its cooling effect. If you need to use it outdoor please keep it under shade and always avoid direct sunlight.
