We dealt with fleas for months, and these combs work great at catching those horrible monsters. It does pull on the dogs hair a bit (we have a maltese), so it can be a bit uncomfortable for your pet. However, it doesn’t pull off that much from what I remember. Overall, it gets the job done and we wouldn’t have been able to get those stupid parasites without these combs.

Bought these to groom our Cavachonâs face & muzzle. They work quite nicely and seem to be of a decent quality material. They are certainly a good value for the price! However, they are not very ergonomic or easy to hold because the handles are so thin. If the handles were a bit thicker & contoured Iâd like them much better – but hey, there are lots of different tapes out there that one can certainly use to customize them! I guess if I held them as would a barber or beautician I could wield them with more finesse.

Does it clean out the area around the eyrs
A groomer told me that if I got a flea comb or a comb, such as this, that it would smooth out all the hair thatâs around the eyes that tends to get caked up, and these combs do exactly that and smooth out my schnauzers beard. I am very pleased.
