    Great product!
This is exactly the support we needed for our golden retriever who’s been having difficulty walking due to hind leg weakness. It has a comfortable fit under his body and I can gently support him to walk outside for his bathroom needs. The lining is soft against him, and the outer material is strong and doesn’t bunch up. Handles seem sturdy. I’ve been using it for a week with no complaints. Would recommend if your pet is having difficulty walking. It saves my back from strain.

    Great Harness
Bought after my dog had surgery for torn ACL (hind leg). It worked great having to lift her in & put of SUV. She’s a German Shepard, 95 pds. It’s a study harness. Highly recommend if your dog has issues with hind legs and getting in/out of cars.

Great if you just need support for a dog
This works almost perfectly for my 43lb mini-labradoodle who has a big stomach because he is overweight. It is high quality material and feels very comfortable and sturdy. I say it works great if you only need to support a dog with walking. What it lacks is a hole or ability for a male dog to urinate as the support sits across that part of his body. My wife actually cut a hole out and it actually worked fine because the material is so solid so it was not fraying or ripping from the hole.

    Easy and comfortable
Our 14 year old lab dislocated her knee and this was an absolute lifesaver. She was still able to walk on it, but had a really difficult time getting up. It was easy to slide under her belly and maneuver it to the position we needed. Not only was it great for helping her up, but it also helped to stabilize her and give her some support when she walked. I love the fact that there’s no complicated harness get around her legs/hips. The adjustable straps are great and easy to use. They also are great because you’re able to walk with the dog and not trip over yourself or them. The soft material on the inside makes it thick enough to make it comfortable for our old gal, it worked beautifully!

    Saved my back
We needed this sling when my dog had his leg amputated. It was helpful to support him so we didn’t have to carry him. The band is soft on his tummy and the handles were sturdy to we didn’t have to worry about them breaking

sounded good on paper, didn’t work IRL
My 107 pound dog has a sore rear leg. I thought we could use this to help him up/down the stairs. Sadly, he can’t stand this on this between his ribs and hips. I think it puts too much pressure on his abdomen/penis area. He hated it. Plus, I couldn’t find a spot to walk beside him down the stairs that took the pressure off his rear legs w/out also making him shaky on his front legs. It’s a little easier to help up the stairs, but he hates it squeezing his torso.

Can’t get my dog upstairs without the harness
My 65 lb dog is 13.5 years old and very arthritic. It became a real challenge to get him up our steep stairs at night to go to bed. He would lay on the floor and wouldn’t get up to go upstairs and we had to support him on the staircase. I tried leaving him downstairs asleep, but he always woke up and hobbled to the bottom of the stairs and tried a step or two, but couldn’t make it. This harness has made it so much easier and now I just dangle it in front of him and he gets up on his own to go to bed. The harness takes the weight off his limbs as we lift from the handles. You can adjust the handle length and once I had the right length, I taped the two handles on one side together so they are always together when I reach for the harness (other side has velcro wrap for the two handles). The harness has put less stress on me trying to assist my dog and less stress on him as he gets an assist upstairs.

Helping an old dog live his best life as long as possible
When my 18 y.o. GSD mix dog began having mobiliy issues, he still wanted to participate in daily walks and time out in the yard, but was starting to get snappy if we tried to help him up from his bed. With this sling, we were able to extend his time with us and he seemed to know exactly what the sling was for and was accepting of its use. It seemed to be comfortable for him and to ease his pain near the end.
