Made well!
Im giving this a 5 star even though I returned it. My German shepard has DM so when i put ut on not only was it too big ( he has lost so much weight) but his hips went into spasm so he couldn’t walk with his back legs.The product is made well and I would have kept it if it had wirked for him.A medium might have been better but there is still the compression on spine that was the major problem.

Horrible
If I could give this zero stars I would. My dog is an 80 lbs shar pei mix, we bought this bc his back legs are giving up and thought it was a good support from the pictures on here. The material is good quality but the band that goes underneath their belly by the sanitary area completely cut him, he started to cry one night bc of the pain and after inspecting him I noticed the slash which we immediately took care of, heâs ok now but slowly recovering from the cut this lift caused. We got a large since my dog has lost a lot of muscle and mass on his hips and back legs, it fit perfectly just not sure why when we lifted him in the harness it cut him so badly. Please be careful and make sure your dog doesnât get cut either.

Great Concept
Product was made well, and the concept is great. It wasnât quite ideal for my dog due to a fatty tumor on his side, which impeded this product from fitting properly; but I canât knock stars off for that because itâs not a typical situation. If the tumor wasnât there, this would be good. Unfortunately I missed the cut off time for returns.

velcro did not last
I bought several dog harnesses and this is the only one that properly fit my small dog. I purchased it in August and by December (4.5 months) the Velcro didnât work any longer which made the device completely useless.

Please read this for sizing!
I think this is a good product but the sizing is an issue because of how different dogs are. I see people saying a Medium fits their 60lb dog and others a large barely fits their 30 lb dog.Here is what I found out with our dog. He is a mini-labradoodle who should weigh around 35lbs. He is overweight though and was around 44 lbs when we got this for him. That being said, his real problem is in his stomach so when I try the medium on him, it would barely fit around him and would not velcro across his back tightly. It slid off him when he pulled hard. Our other dog is also a mini-labradoodle but in shape and around 32lbs. It fit him perfect. We returned the Medium and got the Large and it fits a little better but still not the best. I do think it is a good product though if you size it right as it fits great on the one dog. The challenge is knowing what works best for your dog. My take is if in doubt, go bigger.

Extended my dog’s life
My GSD has DM. He is almost at the point where he can no longer move around freely. I have purchased items before but this harness is the best I’ve used. Gunnar is able to go outside (with my holding the harness) and potty without the harness in the way. It has literally given Gunnar an extension of his life and I am so very happy. Thank you!

Perfect Size & fit
This item is planned for an arthritic Great Dane. After opening, we tried it on immediately. It’s the perfect size and fit for comfort and support. This item arrived super quickly

It looked good and thought it would work on my Aussie (male). My dog has very little function left on rear legs. I tried medium and large. Neither worked. Main problem being it does not allow him to poop as harness comes down. Probably because my dog has tail docked.
