we love this product. The settings are great, thereâs tons of options from levels to vibration vs shock and sound. Battery life also lasts so long. We rarely charge it at all. There is also the option of safety mode where you donât accidentally push any buttons so your dog does not get accidentally shocked. The durability of the collar is tough. The volume of the sound is loud as well. We also love the lights it has on the collar and remote. It tells us if its fully charged, needs charging, etc. based on colors

GREAT quality but…..
I bought this for my Chihuahua Cocker Spaniel mix who has become needy and over protective since I began working at home. She barks at every noise from passing cars to high winds Heaven help when the mailman gets close to the property…and this is all without seeing what she’s barking at. When all this isGoing on while I’m in a meeting this is problematic. I bought the collar to train her whem it was appropriate to bark and when its not to.I do not have an aggressive dog and never intended to use the shock option. Before i put it on her. I read the directions to fully understand the buttons I was pushing. Its fairly easy to use.Unfortunately even on the most adjusted range it didn’t fit well and hung lose. Since I wasnt using the shock level it didn’t matter.Using the beep mode worked as it should. If ahe wandered away (not that I let her go leashless) the beep brought her to me. Not because she waz searching for the spund but because it seemed to scare her. When she was barking at the wrong time the beep once again silenced her. However because my baby is part chihuahua, she has that constant nervous energy. The beep will make her stop. We wete getting to the point where she wouldn’t always bark at things she normally would. Yet, regardless if it was wandering to far or barking, the beep would cause her to try and jump ib my lap out of fear if I was sitting. i had to rethink the issue. The lo9k of sheer anxiety on her face was painful to watch. I never let her see me actually pusj the button because I never wanted her to be afrain if me. So for those people who say my dog gets afraid and all I have to do is bee seen getting it, thata mot the best idealI advise everyone to try the shock on your own arm or leg before you put it on your fur baby. Do not kid yourself and say thw fur will buffer the shock. Do clothes buffer the shock on tazed humans?As stated onost of these colors research or talk to a professional. If your dog is large and aggreasive and you think your going to use the shock option to halt aggression, you may only irritate them more.I found without the correct knowledge, beeps may be to much for some and shocksnot enough for others.All in all it is a good quality and value for the money. It is made of durable materials and can be a good training tool if used by those who have done their research

Got this for our 7 month old XL Bully. Was worried about it working due to his large size but itâs perfect. Once he hears the beep he does exactly what heâs supposed to. People always make comments about how well mannered he is while heâs wearing his collar. Highly recommend for any training uses.

Everything else is good the vibrating and beeping. It does come with longer prongs but still dose not make contact.

Works great if the charger would last
Update 06/28/24Emailed the manufacturer and they sent me a brand new collar for free and it arrived this morning! I would recommend this 100% and their customer service was fantastic.Literally thought this was the best rechargeable dog collar; easy to use, reliable, long lasting battery, multiple setting options and great remote with lock to avoid accidentally buzzing/shocking my dog. However, we have just now had it for a year, it has never been wet or in water, my dog wears it to go outside to potty (we do not have a fenced yard) and then it gets taken off when she comes in. Probly used max 10 min a day, and definitely not every day. The last two months the collar no longer charges. It will light up and look like itâs charging, but after about an hour it shows to be fully charged. When I take it off and turn it on, im lucky to have 1 bar of battery life. Put it back on the charger and the cycle repeats, never reaching a full charge. Really disappointed as there is no alternative charging port to try and charge the collar. Because of this I canât tell if the charging ports are bad or the battery has gone bad. Either way, thatâs a poor performance in battery life and longevity; especially with the little wear and tear this collar got.

I had purchased this collar in 2022, I have put the collar to use and now know how well the product works, but I also wanted to note how fantastic the customer service is. I had a question with my product and they were able to help me promptly. Very satisfied overall.I would also like to note that this collar doesnât HAVE to be used to shock. Itâs there if needed but I used it only with the tone and the vibrate and it has saved my dogs life.She is not treat or toy motivated so itâs hard to train her or get her attention. I was able to use the tone on the collar to get her attention and properly train her on recall. She went from a flight risk, to now being an off leash dog.Overall the Collar and remote are super easy to pair and are super easy to program to the settings you wish to use.Not super heavy for what it is, and it doesnât look like a rough âmeanâ shock collar.

Nunca usaré el modo toques. El modo vibración en High, fue suficiente para evitar que mi Cavalier, perro pequeño mediano, coma cosas en la calle y el parque. Fue una medida emergente ya que sufrió de una obstrucción intestinal por comerse un hueso de durazno en el parque. Estaba obsesionado con comer palitos y todo lo que encontraba, por suerte salió bien de cirugÃa, sin un pedazo de intestino.Ya no tiene obsesión por comer, si llega a agarrar algo, vibro con el control remoto y lo suelta, no sabe que soy yo. Tengo 2 pitbull bien activos y cuando los meto adentro de la casa, uno de ellos torea al otro molestandolo mientras el otro anda pegando por todos lados con la cola y brincando por todos lados. A visto mucho adavanse con este producto. Con unos de mis perros basta con la vibración o con los toques en un nivel bajo. Con el otro aunque lo ponga en nivel 99 casi no le ase efecto pero si los siente porque veo su reacción. En 2 semanas a visto mejor comportamiento.
