This is my second time to review this product after using it for a few weeks. The battery lasts long time and my doggy responds its sound and vibration very fast. I recommended this to my friend, who really wants to get the exactly same kind of dog chock collar. This product remote control has 2 channels, which is a great feature, however, this product does not offer 2 collar with 1 remote control. My friend has 2 dogs. Really hope there is way to contact the seller for assistance.

Off switch for shocking option!
I lost my last collar and needed to get my dog in check eating grass at the park and chasing her was getting annoying. I like the price point of this item, however the winning factor was the option to turn off the shock. I only use the vibration and beep on these collars and remove the prongs since shock is not something I get it forâ¦however having the option to turn off the shock 100% is what sold me. I wish more companies did this and appreciate that this company does! I can now not have the anxiety of an accident happening.
