Larger than anticipated
Ok so I ordered these for my dog-niece because she has furuncles between her toes and she’s allergic to grass. Her mom was hoping this pair of dog boots would assist and keep her from licking her paws. Let’s just say I was cracking up at the video and the looks on the dog’s face. LMAO…Ok ok… the dog is a senior pit-bully mix and spoiled to death. She was NOT a fan of these boots. Her mom was able to get three (1 on the front and 2 on the back) but the back right quickly came off after a couple of steps by the dog (“Maddie”). Maddie was walking around (funny) with one on her front and one on her back. Funny enough, she did not try to take them off herself. Her mom decided to take the back paw off and move it to the front. Maddie was totally not pleased with this LOL. My sister left this on Maddie for hours to see if she would get used to them. Maddie just went and laid down ROTFL.When my sister decided to take the boots off, Maddie licked her paws like she couldn’t believe they were still there. No, the boots were **not** tight on her feet. Her reaction was kind of like the relief we humans feel when we take our feet out of shoes they’ve been in all day or when women take their bra off as soon as they get home. That kind of relief.They work and were sturdy and cute. The boots looked exactly as they appeared online. But you might want to order a size down so they fit a little more snug and are not as easy to come off.

They won’t stay on my dog’s paws. I measured them and ordered accordingly. I guess size down if you are going to buy these. Otherwise, they are nice quality.

Pig Approved!
Here’s what happened. We got these for our 128lb Rottweiler. She won’t let us trim her nails so we should have realized she wasn’t gonna go for the boots. She is a very lovable dog, you just can’t touch her paws. I used the pig for demo purposes. We ares giving the boots to a friend who’s dog doesn’t have a problem with its paws being touched. Easy to put on as long as your pet is cooperative. Nice quality and they look nice.

Won’t Last
I would probably would have given four or five stars for this product because it protects our puppies’ feet from the 110+ degrees we have experienced in southern Oregon. It also helps them inside the house as they tend to slip when excited. However, what happens is that they chew each other’s socks until they’re off no matter what I do. I know it is their fault and had we only one puppy, that wouldn’t be an issue. I don’t know if it is fair the three stars I’m giving, but it is based on the fact that it didn’t work as expected for us although it is a good product.

Nice boots my yellow lab not thrilled
The boots are very nice, I like the sneaker bottoms to them, I think they would be great for a hike. I got them because my yellow lab hurt her paw last time we went hiking and thought these would be great. My lab was less than thrilled. It was like putting shoes on a toddler for the first time. I got in such a fit of laughing! She is about 7 years old and weighs 70lbs, I got the XXL. There is no way we could have went smaller. I don’t even think her paws are that big. I think it will take several tries walking around the house with them before we venture outside. I would recommend doing this if your dog is not a fan.There are two straps at the top of the boot. The first time with them on one twisted right away. I readjusted the straps for a little tighter fit. You will have to play with them and get it right for your dogs feet. Overall nice boots!

If in doubt, size up!
I haven’t given these the real world test yet, but I’m happy to report that they fit my dog. I got the XXL size even though my 70 lb labradog’s paw was about the size of the XL. However, I have tried similar shoes before that didn’t fit him because of the height of his paw (not a measure any of these shoes provide). These don’t seem too large, and they seem adequately flexible and sturdy. There are 2 velcro closures for secure fit, but I wish the “sock” portion was a tiny bit longer so it would clear his paw well for freedom of movement. As I said, I haven’t really used them yet, and I’m hoping they’ll be fine, but initial indicators are good. The only other comment I have is that they’re black. I want these to protect his paws in hot weather primarily, and I don’t see black soles as being the best choice for that, but we’ll see. Also, they don’t seem like they’ll breathe very well, but if it’s really hot, we won’t be on a long walk so he’s not going to have them on that long anyway.

Good quality, only used for when my dog had dee claws removed so he could go out to the toilet in the wet weather. Worked very well and his feet didnât get wet. He didnât wear for a long time so still in perfect condition but not sure how they would wear on a long walk or for everyday use

While these are aesthetically pleasing, they absolutely do not work on my husky. So a complete waste of money. She got out of all 4 in under a minute. They were done up pretty snug as well.

My Samoyed got used to these really quickly and he sounded like a pony when he walked. Very protective but one foot lost when he was running in the woods. Would buy again, just take them off of be cautious when letting your dog run free!

That shoes are first ive bought for my dog, and i think are the best. They are easy to put im and comfy for dog. And they are truly waterproof. Higly recommend them.
