We went camping and boating this summer when our Bichon- poodle was just a year old.He looked so sharp in this life jacket. Fit him perfectly, easy to put on and he didnât mind it. What he did mind was getting in the water.

The vest is very cute and did the job well. I measured my dog but it was too small. She’s an 11 lb Cavapoo that measured as an XS but the Small ended up fitting perfectly.

Works like it’s supposed too, but poor quality..
I got this for my pup in the beginning of summer because she was a first time swimmer.It fit her perfectly and I loved how there was velcro and buckles to keep her nice and snug in the life jacket.The second time I used it, the leash fastener broke off while I was walking her to the water, (it’s a plastic loop, just sewn in the top of the jacket) and it wasn’t that big of a deal because I just sewed it back on. The velcro is extremely strong, which is great for keeping the jacket on, but within a few uses, the velcro part in the front chest area ripped off from the jacket. I, again, broke out the sewing kit and sewed it back on only to find the next time she wore it, the velcro ripped off again!For the amount of money, I would have liked better quality in both the leash fastener and front velcro piece. Granted it kept her safe and afloat all season (thanks to my repairs) but now I’ll unfortunately have to purchase a different one for next summer…

Great quality & floats
This life jacket made the biggest difference for my basset hound. My basset can not swim but with this life jacket she was able to. It was easy to get on and off of her. Super cute and she got a lot of compliments in it.

The life jacket fit my little dog great (15 pounds) he floated well in it and the Handle was strong enough to lift him out of the water without any breaks. I definitely recommend this life jacket only down side is there no chin floatation piece to keep him from dunking his mouth in the water.
