Handles are loose
Was hoping it would work well but the handles are extremely loose, I have tightened and attached the handles as much as possible and they are loose, they work okay to a certain extent and then they will spin and go backwards. So for my grandkids to use it, it is troublesome because you need to hold the handles towards the dispenser and then push down. It isn’t worth the aggravation.

So Easy to Use & A time saver!
This was a great purchase! After it was washed, dried, and assembled, I poured my âFamily Sizeâ box of Cheerios in (it could have held more!) and placed the secure fitting top on, and it was ready to go. Looks great sitting on the countertop. Just go easy on the lever until you learn how much comes out. The first time I used it, I almost overfilled my bowl. But now, it is a breeze. So, not only is breakfast the most important meal of my day, itâs the easiest and quickest. Planning to purchase another one.

Same as in the photo, no missing parts, you just have to clean first and assemble once you receive it, you only need a screw driver but it’s not difficult to figure our how to put everything together. Does the job, I use it for rice and cereals.
