Great product, quality material
Used this to bring a toy poodle in an airplane. It was tight when he stood up but when laying down the material flexed to fit his body. Quite happy with the material, no worries of rips or tears even at seams. Zipper is good quality. Handle expands and makes it easy to role. If the dog is moving alot it can top over when rolling. Fits as carry on. No issues by airline staff. Has compartments for baggies and leash. Very good ventilation too.

STRONG SMELL
Itâs really nice and spacious for both of my cats..but it has a strong chemical smell to it. I leave it out to air it out. I hope it works 🙁

Handle needs work, but otherwise well made.
Nice cat “wagon”, but could be improved slightly. The handle has two shortcomings. First it doesn’t extend far enough if you’re tall, and second, it doesn’t lift to the vertical position. Everyone tries to lift the handle to the fully vertical position when they park, which tries to break the weak plastic hinge. It stops at a 45 degree angle, which is weird. Any higher and you’re applying a lot of force to break the handle right off.Also, the first compartment, is mostly blocked with solid fabric, so our cat can’t see where we’re going. There’s just a 2 or 3 inch slit of mesh he gets to look thru. The sides can be rolled up, and to be honest, they should of put a bit more velcro or simple ties to hold those up, as the large handles have to get rolled into them.Our large cat is used to going for rides so he was expecting to go out. The kitten just like hopping in and out.Aside from the handle, the rest of it is pretty well made. If you’re taller than 6’2″, you’ll want to extend the handle in some way.

Do not trust
I used this 3 times the same week I got it, and the third time one side ripped open big enough for my cat to escape. I was not over the weight limit, and was using it as directed. Very disappointed as I was so excited when I first got it and started using it, must be poor quality unfortunately 🙁

Great for pet travels
The first item I received was missing the wheels, but a new one with wheels was very quickly shipped out the next day and arrived quickly.This is a great size for people travelling with pets, it has a center divide so 2 animals could be kept separate, however the division is attached with Velcro so I am not sure it would adequately keep 2 animals separate if they wanted to get next to each other.The zippers are all very sturdy and all of the zippers have 2 fasteners on them.This folds down very nicely for storage and the wheels easily clip on and off.The handle nearly tucks underneath the frame so it is out of the way..and the carrier can be disconnected from the frame is needed to be used solely as a bag.I was very impressed with the weight this could hold and easily maneuvered when it had a pet inside.
