I bought this dryer 3 years ago and it is still going strong. It dries my medium length thick undyed hair in 5-10 minutes. It is easy to use. I like the settings. I am an older woman and refuse to dye and donât use treatments. A little bit of Wow a specialty styling brush and the Buttercup and I get no frizz.

Blower is already broken!!!
Purchased on May 26 and on July 28 I went to use it and it has a rattle noise!! Product is not damage on the outside and in perfect condition. So, I do not know how such an expensive product will be broken in a short period of used! I will try to get my money refunded! Not very happy about this!!!!!

wall plug is faulty
I loved how this dryer dried my hair but the wall plug doesn’t work after a little over a year. Do not buy. If I wiggle the plug it starts but stops again momentarily.

Perfect blow dryer
This is the most perfect blow dryer I have ever used. I also purchased Dry Bar’s diffuser which is almost a perfect fit. I am able to diffuse my hair at a medium heat and speed with this blow dryer and I alsways get wonderful results.

I purchased this hair dryer recently to replace a dryer I purchased off Amazon many years ago. I liked that dryer and it was well made but the cord broke and I had to replace it. I attempted to find a similar hair dryer to the old one but I couldn’t find that dryer anymore. So I stumbled upon the Drybar Buttercup dryer and I have to say, I love, love, love it. It’s lightweight, quiet and the cord is superior to the typical hair drying cords. This cord is long, flexible and lightweight just like the hair dryer is.I have been using the dryer on low speed setting and low heat. The air is comfortably warm and I don’t feel as though my hair is being damaged and the low speed does enough to dry but doesn’t send my hair in all directions. I am really impressed with this hair dryer.Would recommend this dryer to anyone who is in the market for a new one.

The product is good. I know bc I have one and ordered a second one to have in another bath room. The problem is I was sent a used blow dryer. I would rather have a new one than a used one. Picture shows what I received.

The first time i dried my hair with this dryer I was impressed. It took mere minutes to dry my hair and it was not damaging. I had used a CHI dryer for a number of years previously. This dryer is as good if not better than my CHI was. I hope it lasts as long as my CHI did (10+ years)

This is a great blow dryer. I use a dryer every day on my hair. This one is fantastic a little heavy, but makes it easier when styling. Itâs also quieter than Iâm used to doesnât bother my dog as much.
