To save money, we keep the heat low in the winter. This is perfect for times I want to cuddle with a book or my iPad. My dog likes it as well, scooting under to take a warm snooze. Great product. I highly recommend!

Loved this blanket! It is so soft! Recently used when it was snowing. This blanket is just the right size, easy to use and I loved the soft colors of the camouflage. Will probably purchase another soon.

I’m joking, kind of. But it really is that good. We live in a drafty home in a place that has notoriously cold winters. The only things this blanket really has going for it are 1) it is one of the softest things I have ever felt, and 2) it’s filled with seemingly invisible coil that heat it up from a point where you can just barely feel it, to a point where you are sweating so much, you just have to get out from under it.In our main tv-watching area, we have a large, leather sectional sofa. It’s one of those modern entertainment sofas, with outlets and usb ports all over it. Since this blanket arrived, it has been plugged in and turned on on that sofa. We have literally had arguments that almost became physical over who gets to use this blanket. It’s that good. Five stars, easy!

I ordered two electric blankets at once, so it’s hard not to compare. Of the two, this one gets four stars, and the other gets one. This one is comfortable, fluffy, and warm. The other one was thin, the wires were heavy and if felt industrial. I can feel the wires through this, but it’s not the most predominant feeling you get.I opened up both, and set them on the floor, when I returned, the dog and cat were both sleeping on this one (much to my chagrin).I love that it looks like a tortilla, but it seems weird that it’s not round.

I would recommend starting with a high setting then lowering it otherwise it takes a while to warm up. The blanket was soft and it stayed warm. The controller was easy to use and read. I liked the long cord my couch is a good distance from an outlet. All in all not bad for the $31.99 price tag.

Good Quality, Well Made, Sherpa & Plush Microfiber Pile, Delightfully Warm & Cozy
This blanket has nice weight. It’s thick, soft, and warm before even turning on the heating element. There’s soft fur-like polyester on the face with a mid-weight and very soft sherpa backing. I love the subdued camo pattern in hues of cream, taupe, and dark taupe-gray. The print is all the way to the base of the fibers rather than just riding the tops. This piece fits my eclectic rustic decorating sensibilities without trying to scream “lodge” which feels incongruous in a city dwelling.The controller offers 6 heating levels and a timer that can be set for 1 to 4 hours. The heating wires run top to bottom to within about 7″ from the top and bottom seams and 4″ from the side seams. The power cord is 9′ in length. The blanket starts heating right away and the included instruction booklet recommends turning it to high if you want to preheat.I appreciate that it’s easy care and machine washable. I wash my electric blankets by hand, but you can, according to instructions, machine wash. First fill the washer drum with warm water and agitate to mix the detergent before adding your blanket. Turn the machine off and allow to soak for 5 minutes, agitate for 2 minutes. Let it spin the detergent water out. Fill the tub with cool rinse water, agitate for 1 minute and spin the rinse water out. You can put this in the dryer on high heat for 5 minutes and finish drying flat. I prefer to hang to dry and recommend hanging straight or over two lines to reduce bending and pinching the heating elements. No bleach or cleaning fluids (no dry cleaning), no clothes pins, ironing, wringing, mothballs, sprays of any kind and no commercial dryers. Infrequent washing is suggested. I strongly recommend reading the included instruction booklet.This vendor dispatched my order request right away. I’m a happy customer.

Soft, comfortable, warm
Tho I’ve had this throw for awhile I have just recently begun using it. And I do love it! It provides the perfect comfort on these cool fall mornings when I wrap up in it to drink my coffee. The outside of the blanket is made of some type of silky soft plush material and the inside looks like a sheep’s coat! It’s very comfortable against bare skin. It has a decent power cord although of course it could be longer. The remote is somewhat in the middle of the cord and is simple to operate. There’s a power button, a heat button, and a timer button. It will automatically turn off after 4 hours if you don’t set a different time length, which is nice because it’s easy to forget to turn it off! The pattern on the top of the throw is a little weird tho–comprised of yellow and brown spots it looks sort of like it’s been burnt lol. But overall the throw is awesome, it heats well-saves from having to turn on central heating system, definitely recommend.
