Does not cool, puffs up but no cool air comes out, the floors are cooler. Cools a tiny bit at the bump in the front but does not get pushed through entire mat and dogs will not lay on bump.

Great way for pet cooling
We live in a Hot climate. Our dog loves this thing after a long walk or playing outside. I wish it was portable but unfortunately it must be plugged in in order to use. The cord has an additional layer of plastic wrap to protect the cord. The fan has 3 speed setting, which can be nice for if you are leaving it on long term vs just coming in from the heat. So far our pup has not accidentally turned it off by stepping on the button but Iâm sure that day will come. It does have a zipper on the side but Iâm not entirely sure why because nothing inside is removable. 5 stars of it had the option to be swapped between portable or plugged in.

Bad purchase
Mt dog kept walking on button or stepping on it and shutting it off! Button to put on should be on a control with the wire…similar to heat pads! He stepped on it so many times and I would half to turn it back ih to the dog on…that it wore out button so pad no longer works at all! Sad as it was not inexpensive.

I bought this cooling mat for my older dog to help him stay cooler this summer but I think I might have to steal it from him because it is quite cool and I might enjoy that, as well. Itâs got a nice thickness to it and feels padded and the temperature got cool really quickly. Itâs got three settings and the cord was really easy to attach. The cord has plastic covering which I think would help it be more durable. The mat itself does feel durable and itâs got some skids on the bottom to keep it from sliding. There was almost no assembly, really just plugging in the cord. I think he and I both will enjoy it through the summer heat.

Disappointed
The top of the mat is a black plastic type material mesh to allow for ventilation, even on high this makes a lot of noise but provides very little air /cooling. I have 2 French bulldogs and neither one of them will use the mat. Complete waste of money ! Would not recommend this product. Uncomfortable at best !
